The construction of megaprojects are on the rise.As a crucial factor to realize the sustainability,improve the social benefits and promote social and economic development of megaprojects,social responsibility has become a value orientation that affects the success of megaproject.With the increase of megaproject,engineering problems caused by the lack of social responsibility gradually emerge,the management of megaproject social responsibility is imminent.The formation of megaproject social responsibility is a dynamic emergence process from individual to group network,which has the characteristics of multi-heterogeneity,dynamic life cycle and interaction of social responsibility.The altruism and complexity of social responsibility make its management more difficult.At present,there is still a lack of appropriate management tools.In order to clarify the coupling effect of social responsibility behavior among stakeholders and improve the performance of megaproject social responsibility,this paper constructs a metanetwork model of megaproject social responsibility behavior from the perspective of "agentinfluencing factor-behavior" by means of meta-network,multiple regression analysis and social statistics,based on behavioral theory,network theory and new institutionalism theory.Taking the Qianhai District Project in Shenzhen as the case,this paper studies the effects of institutional environment,organizational social responsibility cognition,communication mechanism and inter-organizational social network on the agent behavior,draws up the path of behavior emergence,and puts forward suggestions on the cultivation of megaproject social responsibility behavior on the basis of model validation and case study.Results indicate that in the process of emergence of megaproject social responsibility behavior,institutional environment is the external driving force of organizational behavior,and organizational social responsibility cognition is the internal driving force of organizational behavior,while information communication mechanism and stakeholder network are the important means and main ways of behavior diffusion and dissemination.The institutional environment can promote MSRB,and the organizational social responsibility cognition can enhance the promoting effect of institutional environment on behavior.The effect of communication mechanism and relationship network on behavior propagation and diffusion is affected by the institutional environment.When the regulation pressure is dominant,the communication effect weakens the MSRB.In contrast,when the pressure of norms and cultural cognition is enhanced,the communication effect promotes the benign diffusion and circulation of MSRB in a megaproject.Accordingly,the paper puts forward two stages("coercive means first-creating cultural atmosphere")and a key control("focusing on key agents")of the cultivation of megaproject social responsibility behavior suggestions.The research results provide a new theoretical basis for the analysis of megaproject social responsibility behavior,and have a certain practical reference significance for the management of megaproject social responsibility.
