Cultural enterprises in recent years become a rising star of the development of enterprises,we see the cultural industry is gradually becoming an important component of China's economy,we also see the cultural enterprises to use high-tech,taking advantage of "public entrepreneurship,innovation" The development of new opportunities is playing a vital role in a rapid manner.However,we do not ignore the same,too fast progress should not forget why we set out for the cultural enterprises also apply to "forget the original heart."In recent years,cultural enterprises exposed the emerging problems of social responsibility,the beginning of the film and television drama company in the creation of film and television drama series to ignore the protection of the environment,followed by the dissemination of spiritual culture as a publishing industry to disseminate filthy content to children,Internet broadcast platform as the representative of the Internet media platform in order to grab the interests of the spread of vulgar content,which will hinder the development and expansion of enterprises,change the social atmosphere and even the core values of socialism runs counter to.Through the above description,the discussion on the social responsibility of cultural enterprises has become a hot issue.How to improve the social responsibility of cultural enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved in management practice.Cultural enterprises are special enterprises,first of all cultural enterprises as an inevitable must have the economic attributes of enterprises,followed by cultural enterprises in particular,or a spiritual culture of the media,its influence must be greater than the traditional enterprises.This paper focuses on the particularity of cultural enterprises from the point of view of organizational culture and network of relationships,and analyzes the impact of industry segmentation and firm size on the social responsibility of enterprises.On the basis of reading and drawing on a large number of predecessors,this paper makes a preliminary questionnaire on the social responsibility of cultural enterprises and makes a questionnaire through a small sample.This paper uses SPSS22.0 to analyze the factors.This paper also analyzes the validity of the questionnaire,confirms the validity of the questionnaire,and analyzes the role of the organizational culture and the relationship network in the social responsibility of the cultural enterprise.It is confirmed that the social responsibility of the cultural enterprise is determined by the social responsibility of the corporate social responsibility.7 dimensions of the composition,while different business sizeand different industry segments for cultural enterprises in dealing with social responsibility are different.
