After 40 years of reform and opening-up,the Chinese government and enterprises are facing a drastic change in the domestic and international economic situation. For this reason, the central government proposed a strategy of deepening the reform and expanding the opening-up policy.Enterprises at the micro level also need to change their way of development. The organizational transformation of enterprises has become the general trend.Whether the organizational change can be achieved as expected is indispensably related to the performance of managers and employees.Managers must develop effective organizational development and management strategies.Employees must have a correct attitude and actively respond to organizational change behaviors.Only by cooperating with each other, can we reach the goal of accomplishing a great task with little effort. However, the resolution of these issues such as whether the differences in leadership management style have an impact on organizational change, and how they affect employees' change-supportive behavior is important for guiding organizational development in practice.Based on the literature research, this research adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. It uses the employees of South China as the research object, carrying out intensive research and analysis on influence of inclusive leadership on the change-supportive behavior and the role played by team psychological security and emotional commitment in the process of the influence.Intensive research and analysis were carried out.According to the data analysis results,it is found that:(1)Inclusive leadership influences employees' change-supportive behavior positively and significantly;(2)Inclusive leadership influences employees' team psychological security positively and significantly;(3)Inclusive leadership influences employees' affective commitment positively and significantly;(4)Inclusive leadership influences the change-supportive behavior positively and significantly through team psychological security;(5)Inclusive leadership influences change-supportive behavior through affective commitment positively and significantly;(6)Team psychological security influences change-supportive behavior positively and significantly;(7)Affective commitment influences the change-supportive behavior positively and significantly.(8)Inclusive leadership influences employees' change-supportive behavior positively and significantly through the team's psychological security and emotional commitment. As a directional research aimed at Chinese enterprises, this study is supplemented by theoretical guidance such as human resource management and organizational behavior. With the team's psychological security as a team-level intervening variable and affective commitment as an individual-level intervening variable,it constructs the theoretical model of the relationship between inclusive leadership and change-supportive behavior, explores the relationship between variables and enriches the research theory of employee change-supportive behavior. It also has a strong practical guiding significance for the practice of human resource management and change in the enterprise.
