Inclusive leadership is a relational leadership that emphasizes the positive interaction with employees and ultimately the achievement of shared goals.Based on the literature review,this study explores the content structure of inclusive leadership in Chinese context,explores the relationship between inclusive leadership and proactive behavior and change-supportive behavior,and further explores their intermediate mechanisms,not only It will help us to deepen the understanding of inclusive leadership and also provide beneficial reference for the survival,development and transformation of the organization.In this study,we used the literature research method,expert discussion and questionnaire survey to determine the pretest questionnaire for inclusive leadership.Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are used to obtain the content dimension of inclusive leadership in the China.Then,the effects and mechanisms of inclusive leadership,leader-member exchange,affective commitment,proactive behavior and change-supportive behavior are discussed through various methods like correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling.Research indicates:(1)Inclusive Leadership is a multidimensional structure.Inclusive Leadership in Chinese context contains three dimensions: openness,availability and accessibility.It is consistent with the content structure proposed by western scholars.(2)Inclusive leadership has a significant positive impact on the Leader-Member Exchange.(3)Inclusive leadership has a significant positive impact on affective commitment.(4)leader-member exchanges not only play an intermediary role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and proactive behavior,but also play an intermediary role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and changesupportive behavior.(5)Affective commitment not only plays an intermediary role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and proactive behavior,but also plays an intermediary role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and change-supportive behavior.In the end,This study provides constructive advice for companies and proposed future research prospects.
