The meaning of the agent construction system is that the owner unit chooses the project agent construction unit with relatively high professional level through bidding or direct appointment,and is fully responsible for the management of the quality,progress and investment of the project.After acceptance and acceptance of the project,the agent construction unit delivers it to the owner unit for use,and the agent construction unit is proportioned according to the investment amount of the project.The system is replaced by the construction cost.As one of the new modes of government investment project management,China has been experimenting with it all over the country since 2002.In 2010,according to the experience of other areas and the actual situation of the city,Longyan launched the government investment project agent management model.Up to now,the agent construction system has been applied in Longyan area for more than eight years.Generally speaking,the implementation of this method has promoted the improvement of Longyan government investment project management level.However,in the actual application process,there are still some deficiencies such as imperfect system,inadequate management and unsatisfactory effect.In this paper,the theory and method of project management are used to study the construction of the road project of Nansanlong Railway,and the progress,quality and investment of the project are analyzed by quantitative analysis.Finally,according to the end of the project and the evaluation of the effect,the construction of the agent construction management mode in this region is further optimized.Discussion.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,through interviews collected Longyan municipal government investment projects(including the implementation of the organizational structure,the number and scope of construction projects,etc.),and then analysis of the existing Longyan agent management model deficiencies and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Secondly,the relevant information(including the project overview,plan,implementation status,etc.)of the Nansanlong Iron Construction Project was collected,and the actual situation of the project was targeted.Plan the project schedule,investment,quality,risk management and communication management.At the same time,using earned value method to quantitative analysis of the project implementation process and investment,the project implementation of the time lag,investment overspending problems put forward corrective measures.Problems that may affect quality in project implementation are expressed in the form of Fishbone maps,and Pareto efficiency is used to analyze the quality of the project and strengthen quality control measures for processes that may have higher quality risks.Finally,in view of the road closing and effect evaluation of the South Sanlong Railway,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the management mode of Longyan government investment agent construction project,which can not only provide comprehensive and scientific basis for the improvement of agent construction management mode,but also provide feasible management experience for the implementation of government investment agent construction project in this region..In addition,this paper expounds the whole process of the project,including the start-up work of the project,the implementation process of the project,the audit delivery of the project,and the effect evaluation of the project implementation.
