The Research On Quality Supervision Of Government Investment Project Based On Agent-Construction System

Government investment projects is an important way to control the economy of the state.Therefore,it is very important to ensure the quality of the project of government investment projects.The agent-construction system is gradually applied to the government investment project in China as a new type of project management mode.Agent-construction system has a lot of advantages,but the relevant regulatory system should also be improved.Only the government investment projects are effectively supervised,the advantages of the agent-construction system can really be reflected.Based on this background,this thesis studies the subject of quality supervision of government investment projects under the mode of agent-construction,and puts forward the best supervision mechanism and incentive mechanism from the government point of view.The research method of this article is a combination of logical analysis,qualitative analysis,normative research,sociology and economics.Through reading a large number of relevant domestic and international academic literature report,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of government investment in our country and the quality management supervision mechanism of construction projects.The study combine the sociology of economics research methods,foreground theory,regulatory theory,principal-agent theory,game theory has also been introduced.Then from the two aspects of the government supervision strategy: the punishment mechanism and the incentive mechanism,the study separately constructed the collusion game model among the owners,contractors and supervisors in government investment project,the fully motivated government investment agent project incentive-supervision game model and the government investment agent system multi-task principal-agent model.And then this thesis puts forward the corresponding regulatory strategies and suggestions.Finally,the main research results of this thesis are summarized and the limitations of this thesis and the follow-up research are discussed.Through the research on the quality supervision of the government investment project under the mode of agent construction,the application of the relevant theory in practice can be enriched,and the supervision level of the government investment project can be improved.This has certain reference value for perfecting the mechanism of government investment system.
