An Analysis On The Production Capacity Cooperation And Its Economic Growth Effect Of China And Central Asian Countries

China put forward the concept of International Production Capacity Cooperation in 2015,aiming to reduce domestic overcapacity and promote economic growth for those who engages in international production capacity cooperation.At the same time,with relatively backward in economic development,central Asian countries need economic improvement through international production capacity cooperation.By firstly analyzing the economic and trade development status of central Asian countries,the current situation of international production capacity cooperation between China and central Asian countries,and calculating G-L index,it is found that the industries of China and central Asian countries are highly complementary,and the two sides have a good foundation and great potential for international production capacity cooperation.Secondly,analysis on current international production capacity cooperation between China and central Asian countries with Stochastic Frontier Method shows that the potential of international production capacity cooperation between China and central Asian countries has not been fully released,which needs to be further strengthened.Further based on the specific situation of industrial complementarity and central Asian countries,this article tells that China and central Asian countries should strengthen international production capacity cooperation in energy,agriculture,textile industry and transportation infrastructure construction.Then evaluation index for international production capacity cooperation between China and central Asian countries constructed,control variables and regression equation established,to test the influence of this evaluation index on economic growth for central Asian countries.Due to the availability of data,only focus on energy and agriculture industries cooperation between China and Kazakhstan,China and Uzbekistan,the result shows that international production capacity cooperation with China in energy and agriculture industries have respectively stimulates economic growth for both Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan,and economic growth benefits Uzbekistan greater than Kazakhstan.This result can be due to the relatively low efficiency of current China-Uzbekistan international production capacity cooperation,and the fact that the largest source of investment for Uzbekistan is from China,it plays a more significant role in stimulating Uzbekistan's economic growth.All above manifest that the international production capacity cooperation between China and central Asian countries is bilaterally positive,to refuse improperclaims about China's international production capacity cooperation with central Asian countries as " Economic Plunder ".
