Study On The Economic Effect Of Capacity Cooperation Between China And "The Belt And Road"

International capacity cooperation refers to the industry and investment cooperation between nations based on their respective needs.Since the reform and opening up,after nearly forty years of rapid development,China's manufacturing capacity has expanded rapidly,and the domestic market is unable to fully absorb excess capacity.Therefore,through "going out",developing international capacity cooperation is an effective way to resolve domestic overcapacity.At the same time,"The Belt and Road" countries have a huge market demand in the infrastructure construction,iron and steel industry and equipment manufacturing industry.Therefore,in the background of "The Belt and Road",the research of capacity cooperation between China and "The Belt and Road,countries has important practical significance and theoretical value.In this paper,the classic and cutting-edge literatures related to the research themes are reviewed.This paper uses comparative analysis,normative analysis and empirical analysis methods to study economic effect of capacity cooperation between China and "The Belt and Road"First of all,this paper analyzes the impact mechanism of international capacity cooperation on economic growth and industrial structure.International capacity cooperation affects host country's economic growth by promoting technological progress and accelerating capital formation,and affects host country's industrial structure by improving investment demand and promoting technological progress.Secondly,the present situation of capacity cooperation between China and "The Belt and Road" countries is analyzed.By analyzing,it is found that in recent years,the scale of capacity cooperation is expanding continuously,the way of productivity cooperation is diversified,the regional difference of investment growth is large and stable,the regional distribution of capacity cooperation is uneven.capacity cooperation between China and "The Belt and Road" countries focuses on infrastructure construction,steel industry,industrial park and equipment manufacturing industry.At the same time,by analysising and comparing with "The Belt and Road" national economic development level,we found the economic development level of "The Belt and Road"countries is relatively backward and has great differences in the region.Then,we build multivariate panel regression model of economic effect of capacity cooperation between China and "The Belt and Road"countries for empirical test.The empirical results show that,in the total economic effect,the capacity cooperation between China and "The Belt and Road" countries has a significant positive effect on the host country's economic development level,and the rate of capital formation,technological progress and the level of urbanization will significantly improve "The Belt and Road" countries's economic development level.In the effect of economic growth,the capacity cooperation between China and "The Belt and Road" countries will significantly promote the" The Belt and Road "country's economic growth.Industrial structure,technological progress and capital formation rate will significantly promote the" The Belt and Road" country's economic growth.In the effect of industrial structure,the capacity cooperation between China and"The Belt and Road" countries has a significant positive effect on the proportion of industrial added value to GDP;has a significant negative effect on the industrial structure and the proportion of service industrial added value to GDP.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the capacity cooperation between China and "The Belt and Road" countries and promote the economic development of The Belt and Road" countries.Increase the scale of capacity cooperation,to suit "The Belt and Road"national economic development needs;based on "The Belt and Road"platform construction,improve the role of capacity cooperation in host country's economy;focus on developing capacity cooperation in the field of industry production,to promote the adjustment of industrial structure;improve the mode of capacity cooperation,to improve "the Belt and Road" national infrastructure weak situation;We should give full play to the role of government support to promote capacity cooperation in backward areas.
