Research On The Impact Of Infrastructure Construction On Tourism Industry Structure

The tourism industry structure is the focus of industrial transformation and upgrading,and is the key to the connotative growth of tourism economy.It is the driving force for the tourism industry to improve its development efficiency and achieve high-quality development goals under the new normal.Therefore,the adjustment of the tourism industry structure is of great significance to the effective growth of the tourism industry economy.Infrastructure construction is the basic condition and guarantee support for the development of the tourism industry.The transportation infrastructure is the basis for improving the accessibility of tourism destinations.The environmental infrastructure is an important factor affecting the image of the city.The public service infrastructure is a prerequisite for the smooth development of tourism activities.The information infrastructure is the carrier and medium of tourism information,which is an important factor affecting the innovative experience of tourists.Social infrastructure is of great significance to the diversified development of tourism products.Therefore,the level of infrastructure construction will affect the structural proportion,coordination degree and effective use of resources in various sectors of the tourism industry,thus affecting the rationalization and advanced level of the tourism industry structure.In this study,the five aspects of transportation,environment,public services,information and social infrastructure are the first-level sub-indicators,and the infrastructure construction index system is comprehensively constructed.After the standardized data processing,the single exponential smoothing method and the comprehensive horizontal index method are adopted as the measurement methods to obtain the infrastructure construction level index.Through the rationalization measurement model and advanced measurement model of tourism industry,the rationalization index and advanced index of tourism industry structure are obtained.Based on the infrastructure construction level index,the tourism industry structure rationalization level and the advanced level index,the effects of infrastructure on the rationalization and advanced level of tourism industry structure are estimated by means of the static panel model and the dynamic panel model.Through the test of empirical data,this study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The level of infrastructure construction in China is significantly different in space,but on the whole it shows a trend of steady rise.;(2)The rationalization of the structure of tourism industry has Strong volatility and a downward trend.Although there is a small fluctuation in the level of advanced,it tends to adjust to the direction of optimization and upgrading on the whole.(3)Transportation and social infrastructure have a significant negative impact on the rationalization level of the tourism industry structure.The construction of information,public servic,and environmental infrastructure are conducive to promoting the transformation of the tourism industry structure into rationalization;(4)The construction of transportation,environment,public services,information and social infrastructure is conducive to promoting the upgrading of the tourism industry structure.Generally speaking,in the face of China's economic transformation and upgrading period,the optimization and upgrading of the structure of the tourism industry is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of the tourism industry economy.Infrastructure construction is the basic guarantee for the development of tourism industry and is of great significance for the adjustment of the structure of tourism industry.Based on the research conclusions of this study,it is necessary to carry out the following four aspects to promote the reasonable level and advanced level of the tourism industry structure from the aspect of infrastructure construction:(1)paying attention to the efficiency and marginal benefits of infrastructure investment;(2)follow the goal of "balanced,coordinated and joint development" in infrastructure construction;(3)accelerating the pace of information infrastructure construction;(4)strengthening public services and environmental infrastructure.
