An Empirical Study On The Effects Of Industrial Structure Change On Urbanization

Since entering the new century, industrial structure change and city level has always been two hot topic in economic circles. Industrial structure changes has a decisive role for the optimal allocation of resources, and an important driving force for development of the city after China’s industrialization is to promote economic development.Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic growth, industrial structure gradually reasonable and upgrade of city development, also change rapidly, but compared with developed countries, the change of industrial structure and city level there is a large space and potential. In the country, how to accelerate the development of city has become a priority among priorities of stimulating domestic demand, maintain economic upward, and the land area of China is vast in territory, the economic development level of each region are not the same, more needs to be fixed on the changes in the industrial structure of different regions, to promote the rapid development of.Therefore, this paper on the basis of previous studies, from two dimensions of the rationalization of industrial structure, upgrading of the industrial structure change, summarizes the interactive relation between industrial structure change and the city, in the interaction between the inner construction of the innovation of the industrial structure effect of the change of city development the mechanism of action.Secondly, the structure and level of city industry in China were analyzed, and using the provincial panel data, estimated by the generalized method of moments, a dynamic panel analysis of industrial structure evolution empirical test on the city development.
