Research On Refined Cost Management Of G302 Highway Construction Project

At this stage,the development of highway construction in China is imminent.However,compared with other industries,the complexity and speciality of cost management make the cost management methods of highway construction projects still relatively backward.Cost management is the core work of highway construction projects.Reducing the cost of highway construction projects is a key means to improve the economic benefits of highway construction projects.This paper studies the refined cost management.The research finds that refined cost management is not only simple compression cost,cut corners,but also full-time,full-featured,related,multi-dimensional,dynamic and innovative.The main purpose of refined cost management of highway construction projects is to achieve cost savings after high-quality construction projects.This paper takes G302 highway construction project as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of cost management of highway construction project,and finds that the cost management of highway construction project has the following problems: cost management method is backward,cost management and construction operation activities are out of line,and target cost estimation method Unreasonable,low cost management and low cost management execution rate.Secondly,a complete and refined cost management scheme based on target cost management,operation cost management and total cost management was designed for the G302 highway construction project.The program requires starting from raising the awareness of cost management for all employees,strengthening the cost management theory of all employees,striving to build a complete organizational structure,fully implementing cost management,and forming a complete and elaborate cost management system to achieve the full and full process.Dynamic cost management.Finally,the design scheme is practically applied to the G302 road construction project,and the effect of refined cost management is evaluated after the completion of the project combined with the thinking of the balanced scorecard.Finally,it is concluded that refined cost management can effectively reduce the cost and cost of highway construction projects and improve economic efficiency.I hope that the concept of refined cost management in the future can be applied to more fields.
