Under the promotion of Internet,online shopping has become the mainstream of consumption.The online shopping of fast-moving consumer goods(hereinafter referred to as FMCG)has become the mainstream of mass online shopping consumption.The huge online shopping market of fast-moving consumer goods has prompted e-commerce enterprises to store in fast-moving consumer goods.More resources and management costs are invested in the distribution service.Due to the large demand,variety,fast consumption and complex service requirements of the fast-moving consumer goods,the traditional warehouse-based warehouse can no longer meet the fast-moving goods storage environment,combined with the characteristics of the consumer goods,emerging warehousing,picking The fast-discharging warehouse with the coexistence of the distribution is more suitable for the e-commerce requirements for the fast-moving goods warehousing service.At the same time,the complex storage structure and operation mode of the fast-discharging warehouse also proposes the utilization rate and the layout of the cargo space in the picking area.Higher requirements.A good location allocation strategy helps to shorten the time for e-commerce to quickly close the warehouse,reduce labor costs,optimize the quality of customer delivery services,and is invaluable for improving the competitiveness of the fast-moving warehouse market.Before studying the problem of warehouse location allocation,it is learned through the literature that scholars put forward effective location optimization strategies in the automation environment based on factors such as gravity,volume and frequency of entrance and exit of storage area.However,these strategies are not applicable.The picking area of the manual working environment for the e-commerce fast-dissipating warehouse.This paper takes the e-commerce fast-dissipating warehouse picking area as the research object,and studies how to use the scientific and reasonable cargo space optimization strategy from the perspective of logistics warehousing management to make better use of warehouse space resources and improve the efficiency of picking goods more effectively.Reduce the cost of warehouse operations.Through the research and analysis of the working environment and the actual cargo space layout of the e-commerce fast-dissipating warehouse picking area,this paper finds the correlation between the order and the picking list and the location layout.Using the literature research method to analyze the distribution principle and location allocation strategy of warehouse location allocation and location optimization at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of the e-commerce fast-dissipation warehouse selection area,the weight,compatibility and volume of the goods are excluded.The impact on the allocation of goods;through the study of the establishment of the optimization model and the application of the optimization algorithm at home and abroad,this paper establishes an optimization model that considers the correlation of warehouse orders separately based on the correlation and turnover rate of goods,and considers the selection of individual selection orders.Sexual optimization model and an integrated model that considers both correlations.The integration model is used to standardize the two models,make them comparable,and use the weight coefficient method to transform the multi-objective model into an integrated single-objective model..Finally,the simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the objective function model under different weight coefficients.The results of different optimization models are compared,and the optimal location allocation scheme suitable for the e-commerce fast-moving warehouse picking area is obtained.Finally,the simulated objective annealing model is used to solve different objective function models.The results of different optimization models are compared.The optimal location allocation scheme suitable for the e-commerce fast-dissipating warehouse picking area is obtained.Finally,the optimization scheme is verified by the actual data of the picking area of a fast-discharging warehouse,and the results of the layout before and after the optimization are compared and analyzed.The experiment shows that the optimization scheme based on the correlation between the order and the goods on the picking list is considered.It can obviously improve the operation efficiency of the e-commerce fast-dissipating warehouse picking area.The optimized layout efficiency increased by 55%,and the picking time was significantly shortened.
