With the acceleration of the process of national market economy,more and more capital enter to the railway market,which makes the railway market more and more open.Meanwhile,due to the overcapacity,the domestic manufacturing industry shows a fierce competition.The rolling stock manufacturing enterprises,especially the key parts manufacturers,have more and more customers.Market competition becomes more and more intense,and the marketing field appeared the credit crisis.In order to achieve the purpose of controlling and preventing the risk,the rolling stock key parts manufacturers need to establish its own customer credit evaluation system.Through the analysis of the characteristics,customers,market situation and the development history of the credit management of the rolling stock parts manufacturing,at the same time,taking Q company as an example,through the research of Q company's basic profile,technical features,customers and the market,the development opportunities and challenges,organizational structure,and the characteristics of accounts receivable,we can see that the current credit evaluation is not suitable for the rolling stock key parts manufacturers because of the poor performance and poor operability.Q company is in urgent need to establish applicable credit evaluation system to solve the principle problem of credit market,so as to achieve the management and control of accounts receivable,enterprise risk.In order to strengthen the applicability of the credit evaluation method,through analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various credit evaluation methods,combining with the characteristics of the industry and the enterprises,we choose the analytic hierarchy process to carry out the credit evaluation.For the poor performance,the methods of brainstorming and strategic analysis are used to list all the indicators that are evaluated with the credit.By using the questionnaire method,we can select and sort the indicators used in credit evaluation.For the poor operability,after calculating the proportion of indicators by using the Delphi method and AHP,we can make different quantitative rules according to the characteristic of indicators,and quantify the indicators per the rules.Then we can score the customer's credit per the proportion of indicators,partition and manage the credit grade per the scores,which makes the customer credit assessment and credit grading management come true.Customer credit evaluation system has been a good application in Q company,which achieves a comprehensive evaluation of customer credit,provides the principle of customer credit and market development,and controls the business risk.What's more,it can be used for reference in the credit evaluation of rolling stock parts manufacturers.
