As an important component of the national economy, real estate is one of the measurements of a region’s economic strength. Informatization is the inevitable trend of the development of China’s real estate enterprises of the times. The informatization of China’s real estate enterprises has been growing significantly since 2007, with a Compound Annual Growth Rate of 23%. The investment in information technology consists of three aspects, including hardware, software and services. The importance of internal structure will present differently in different stages. At an early stage, enterprises invest more in terms of hardware. The investment ratios in these three aspects are 70%, 20%, and 10%, respectively. With the development of information technology, enterprises pay more attention to enhance the software and services. Also, software is further broken down into basic software and application software. Because of the specialty of real estate industry, application software is growing fastest in the field of real estate informatization. The market size increased from 1.1 billion in 2009 to over 5.1 billion in 2014. During the rapid development of information technology, real estate enterprises informatization even begins the transition from the operation level to the management level, and even to corporate level. As a result, So that enterprise information development has been a qualitative leap.The characteristics of regional development of real estate enterprises are obvious. Also, the real estate enterprise informalization in different regions is in different stages with a huge gap. Therefore, it is difficult to measure the overall national average level of development of informalization. Taking one particular enterprise as an object for research is difficult to reflect the average level of informalization in the industry. As a consequence, this paper is based on different regions of the real estate enterprise informalization, according to relevant research from home and abroad. The indicators include both qualitative and quantitative aspects, so it is appropriate to combine Delphi Method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process. We will design the real estate enterprise informalization evaluation index on the basis of enterprise overall evaluation method. The next step is to process raw data which are from informalization indicators in different regions. After received standard scores from the previous step, we will calculate a composite score, which reflects enterprise informalization development in different regions, so that we can provide tailored recommendation.
