Research On The Team Cohesion Of The DR Group During The Strategic Transition Period

Transformation and upgrading of the private enterprise is the theme of the current social and economic activities, this paper is focused on the Dr group, started in the kitchen and small household electrical appliance production of the private group, the group since 2014 began the implementation of the strategic transformation of the enterprise. We are in this period, the group of 8 sampling teams to expand the cohesion and influence factors of the investigation and study. In this paper with the purpose of improving, rich team cohesion theory research, utilize the research results to guide the transformation and upgrading of the private enterprise team's original intention, fully integrated with the existing private enterprises change in strategic management, organizational behavior, human resources study related theory to carry out research activities.The through literature research, field investigation, analysis and processing, to find out the effect of Dr group strategy transformation period team cohesion of the five main factors,11 minor factors, and need to be removed to the four factors. This paper from three basic levels give the strategy of individuals, groups, collective (Organization), encourage team members in internal corporate venturing, to guide the team has become a platform for employees of independent innovation, build team and members of the growth stage.Of course, all of the social science research is subject to the applicability and limitations of the problems. DR group's research objects through the language, the questionnaire, some times it is difficult without prejudice to tell us the true information, and even some people will provide some information with the actual effect of the opposite. And each influencing factor can be fully carried out in the relevant empirical research, these two aspects of this paper need to be further in-depth study.
