Dairy industry is one of the leading industries in the development of agricultural modernization.It plays a very important role in improving the national physique and coordinating the development of urban and rural areas.It is conducive to promoting the adjustment of rural industrial structure and increasing farmers' income.It has an important strategic position in the process of promoting the development of national economy.There are many links involved in the development of dairy industry,not the competition of single links.The research on the optimization of dairy industry needs to start from the perspective of the whole industry chain,consider all factors comprehensively,and use scientific methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis.In the previous related researches,most researchers mainly stood at the height of the whole dairy industry.Although they have achieved relatively ideal results,they are not applicable to specific regions.In this paper,Chengdu dairy industry optimization is taken as the research object,and literature analysis,field investigation and case analysis,industrial structure optimization and upgrading theory,agricultural industry chain theory and "diamond model" theory are comprehensively applied to carry out in-depth research on industrial optimization in areas where dairy resources are relatively scarce,thus enriching the connotation of industrial research on dairy industry.Based on the research on the optimization of Chengdu dairy industry,the following conclusions are drawn:First of all,Chengdu dairy industry needs to further optimize the industrial structure,based on the cultivation of key leading enterprises,give full play to the leading role of leading enterprises,and further implement integrated management.At the same time,we should further increase investment in science and technology,improve social service system,constantly improve product quality,optimize resource allocation,and enhance the influence level and comprehensive competitiveness level of dairy brand.Secondly,we should strengthen the interest combination between dairy enterprises and dairy farming base,and promote the market influence level of related industries by the brand effect of dairy enterprises.Thirdly,we need to further strengthen the supervision of dairy source base and dairy enterprises,maintain a good market order and ensure the healthy development of dairy industry.Fourthly,we should enrich the investment mode of dairy industry,make full use of all kinds of resources to promote the development of dairy source base,and provide high-quality dairy source basis for the healthy development of dairy industry.The sources of data and data involved in this study are more complex,involving many departments and units,while some of them are not public information,so it is difficult to obtain them,which results in insufficient completeness of data.In addition,due to the limited level of individuals and the large amount of information,it is unavoidable that there will be certain selection of data.Oversight.This paper studies the dairy industry in Chengdu.There may be some viewpoints and bases that are limited and not applicable to some areas.
