At the moment of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology,the competition among Internet information service enterprises is fierce again,and static competition can no longer effectively explain the complex and ever-changing competition behavior among enterprises.Therefore,using competitive interaction theory to analyze the competition behavior between enterprises,and to study the impact of this behavior and its characteristics on corporate performance,it is of great significance for China's Internet information service enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the industry competition of the survival of the fittest.Existing competitive interaction research mostly focuses on traditional home appliances or real estate industry,but it is rarely involved in Internet information service companies that represent the new economic model.Therefore,this article uses the modern information technology such as computers to provide information products or services to the Internet information service industry.For the research object,explore the impact of competitive behavior and its characteristics on business performance.This paper introduces non-market behavior into the framework of competitive interaction research through a large number of literature readings,combined with the characteristics of Internet information service industry,to define market behavior and nonmarket behavior types.Determine the three characteristics of competitive behavior,construct a conceptual model and propose research hypotheses to pave the way for the follow-up.The paper selects the top ten Chinese Internet information service companies with market capitalization as the research object,collects the competition behavior data from the company's official website,the yearbook report and the news media,and uses the content analysis method to classify the data,and finally carries out the hypothesis test through regression analysis.The paper explores the impact of market behavior,non-market behavior and behavior characteristics of Internet information service enterprises on corporate performance.Through research,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions: First,Internet information service enterprises should actively participate in competition,the more market behaviors implemented by enterprises,the better enterprise performance;second,the use of non-market behavior by Internet information service enterprises and non-The construction of market capacity has not yet received sufficient attention.Research shows that non-market behavior has not had a significant impact on corporate performance.Third,entering the new field in the form of a proliferation and cooperation alliance will be more conducive to the company's competitive advantage;Compared with traditional industries,Internet information service companies no longer simply adopt low-level competition behaviors such as promotion or price reduction,and instead focus more on high-level Western competition methods that are difficult to be imitated,such as scale competition and competition.Fifth,the innovation of competitive behavior has a significant positive adjustment effect on competitive behavior and corporate performance,while the regulation of complexity is not significant.Sixth,Internet information service enterprises should effectively integrate market behavior and non-market behavior.To complement the market and the non-market,in order to integrate strength in the fierce competition Improve efficiency,achieve a breakthrough.The thesis not only incorporates non-market behavior into the research framework of competitive interaction,but also expands the research scope of competitive interaction,provides new ideas for studying the theory of competitive interaction,and further deepens the research to the impact of competitive interaction on corporate performance,for the study of Internet information services.Enterprises provide more theoretical support.At the same time,through the research on the impact of market behavior,non-market behavior and characteristics of Internet information service companies on enterprise performance,it provides enterprises with a framework and method for analyzing competitors' competitive behaviors.Managers provide some important practical implications when formulating implementation strategies and competitive behavior strategy choices.
