In recent years, with the complexity and dynamic competition environment, the competition between enterprises become more intense and complex, static competition has sufficient to explain enterprise's strategic interaction. Under the background of globalization and information technology, how to effectively analyze the complex dynamic competitive interaction among the Internet information service enterprises on behalf of the new economic model, it has important significance to survival longer in the rough dynamic competitive environment. Existing scholars focus on the study of the interaction of enterprise competition in the possibility of the occurrence of attack-counter attack, and the empirical research method is used to verify the industry rules of competition and interaction, most of the existing empirical researches have been focused on the aviation industry, hospital, bank or home appliance industry. So far, it has not been involved in the study of the competition and interaction in the Internet industry.This paper is devoted to the research on the competition and interaction of the Internet information service enterprises. Through a lot of literature reading, according to the characteristics of Internet information service industry, define the market behavior and non- market behavior of the Internet information service enterprises, and introduce contingent diffusion as a market behavior into this paper. This paper selects BAT as the research object, the content analysis method is used to collect and encode the data of behavior, and the credibility of the data is verified, from the competition behavior is implementation of the relative frequency, the competitiveness of enterprises, and the dynamic, attack and response correlation, attack and response behavior and tact ical and strategic behavior relationship between the four aspects analysis the Internet information service industry enterprise competitive interaction characteristics and rules.Through the research of this paper, we can draw the following conclusions: First, through the study we found that the Internet information service companies to the extent of the attention of non- market behavior than traditional industries. Second, in Internet information services, "the launch of new products /services ", "cooperatio n ", " mergers and acquisitions/investments" is implemented with the times in the first three, "contingent diffusion" behavior on increasing year by year. Third, competition among enterprises of Internet information services is dynamic, and unlike other ind ustries is, Internet information services business of non- market response more rapidly, and market behavior response is relatively slow. Fourth, when analyzing the correlation between the attack and response of each enterprise, we found that the higher the market share of competitors to take the higher level of attack behavior, the enterprise will be more active to take response behavior. Fifth, in the Internet information service industry, the number of strategic behavior is far greater than the traditional industry, which shows that the industry's enterprises are more concerned about the long-term competition.
