Research On The Influence Of Information Interaction Capability Oriented To R&D Design On Enterprise Competitive Advantage

With the rapid development of the Internet information age,modern enterprises have changed the sources and ways of obtaining information,and in the face of more fierce market competition and more complex and changeable external environment,enterprises can enhance their own information interaction to enhance their competitive advantage.However,companies tend to be successful in achieving short-term strategic goals experience and practice,thus relying on the channels of obtaining information and learning knowledge,will produce the learning inertia of enterprises in the long run,which will affect the organizational learning ability of enterprises,and thus have a negative impact on enterprises to obtain competitive advantages.Based on the research of resource-based theory,organization-learning theory and contingency theory,the author considers the relationship between information interaction capability,learning inertia and enterprise competitive advantage of R&D design under the background of environmental turbulence,explores the relationship between them,enriches the related theoretical research,and provides theoretical basis for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage better.In this paper,the relationship between information interaction ability,learning inertia and enterprise competitive advantage of R&D design is discussed by empirical test,and the mediating effect of learning inertia on information interaction capability and competitive advantage of R&D design is verified.By analyzing the data of the questionnaire survey of the middle and senior management of 156 enterprises,using SPSS 23.0 software to carry on the hierarchical regression analysis to the theoretical research hypothesis,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Using hierarchical regression analysis,the capability of information interaction for R&D design has a significant positive impact on the competitive advantage of enterprises,learning inertia has a significant negative impact on the competitive advantage of enterprises,and the capability of information interaction for R&D design has a significant negative impact on learning inertia.Based on stepwise regression analysis,the effects of environmental turbulence on the relationship between information interaction capability and learning inertia of R&D design were examined.The results showed that environmental turbulence positively regulated the relationship.The higher the market volatility and technologyvolatility,the more obvious the negative effect of R&D information interaction capability on learning inertia.Finally,the research concludes and discusses,points out the research contribution,puts forward the corresponding enterprise management enlightenment,and puts forward the direction that the future research may further deepen according to the research limitation and deficiency.
