The increase in rail transportation speed has intensified competition between civil aviation and high-speed rail transportation.In order to seek cooperation between civil aviation and high-speed rail,and to provide passengers with more time-saving economic travel options,this paper studies the competitive relationship between civil aviation and high-speed rail and the optimization design of air-rail comprehensive transportation network.In order to analyze the competitive relationship between civil aviation and high-speed rail,this paper first summarizes the technical and economic characteristics of civil aviation and high-speed rail,compares the technical characteristics of civil aviation and high-speed rail,qualitative analyzes the competitive relationship of civil aviation and high-speed rail.The gravity model based on panel data is used to quantitatively analyze the competitive relationship between civil aviation and high-speed rail.The results show that the civil aviation has the least traffic impedance on the long-haul route,and the OD passenger flow is the largest.The traffic impedance of civil aviation on the short-haul route is the second,the OD passenger flow is the second largest.Civil aviation has the highest traffic impedance and the lowest OD traffic on the midway routes,indicating that civil aviation and high-speed rail are the most competitive on the medium-haul route.The key to the design of the air-rail comprehensive transportation network is to determine the hub of the air-rail comprehensive transportation in advance.Based on the characteristics of the integrated transportation hub and the inter-transportation hub of the air-rail comprehensive transportation,this paper combines the centrality theory and method of the complex network to extract relevant indicators of the hub of the air-rail comprehensive transportation,establish an evaluation index system for the transit capacity of the hub,and then,based on the case,calculate the relevant indicators of the city,use SPSS software for hierarchical clustering analysis,and finally obtain the hub set of the air-rail comprehensive transportation network.According to the optimization model of air-rail comprehensive transportation network,this paper constructs an optimization design model of air-rail transportation network from the perspective of passengers,the model is solved by AIMMS software,and the air-rail comprehensive transportation network for time-sensitive passengers and price-sensitive passengers is obtained.The rationality and effectiveness of the model are verified by domestic actual data,aiming to provide passengers with more time-saving economy travel choices.
