Enterprises have constantly regarded services as complementary products to make up product quality defects.While in recent years,with the transfer of product profits to the server,the manufacturing has set off waves of servitization in a global scope.The trend of product modularization and the development of the technology under big data environment with assistant of IoT enable enterprises to grasp user behavior and product status accurately,further make leading service a reality.Under the new technical background,the service channel modes,whose construction and optimization not only affects the profit of the enterprise,but also do great contributions to configure the social resources and accelerate the efficient operation of the society effectively,are the rope to link service providers and the customers.Therefore,how to optimize the product service channel mode,and effectively configure the supply chain service resources,to achieve a win-win situation in the supply chain,shows profound practical significance.Based on comprehensive analysis of the present research from domestic and abroad,this thesis takes the two-phase supply chain with only one manufacturer and module supplier as research object and constructs a new mode where module supplier provides service referring to service channel of airplane engine.It explores the feasibility of providing a service by a virtual service provider combined of module suppliers instead of one manufacturer.This thesis is mainly conducted from the following three aspects:(1)Based on the operation management mode of OEM supply chain,this thesis analyzes and depicts the internal distribution of supply chain service resources from a full chain aspect,regards service as the vital profit source of enterprises,and combines the service advantages of the module supplier.Then the game theory and improved newsvendor model are used respectively to construct the new mode where module supplier takes over the direct service channel under manufacturer's control with both angles of one-off sales and the multi-cycle leases,and the decision-making performance of the supply chain subject in the new mode is depicted.(2)On the basis of the above model,this thesis constructs the traditional model of the existing manufacturer service providing mode,introducing service quality benchmark to indicating the natural service ability gap between different service subjects referring to the service quality competition problems,and further analyzes the decision variables and the profit changes of decision-making subjects of the supply chain between the two modes.Then the thesis from the profit point of view,demonstrates the superiority of the new mode,and discusses the selection strategy of the module supplier and the manufacturer in different circumstances,and provides the support for the service mode selection in the process of manufacturing servitization.(3)on the basis of the profit comparison model,this thesis uses sensitivity analysis to explore the impact of various exogenous variables on the profitability of the two models under the conditions of leasing and sales with introducing the product types,the service quality benchmark difference between the service providers and other factors,and further examining the applicable conditions of the two models for the environment.This thesis provides theoretical guidance for companies to maximize their mode superiority based on the existing service mode.This research make up for the gap in the quantitative analysis of manufacturing servitization industry in Chinese academic area.It also provides theoretical support for the selection of different types of product service modes and method to maximize the advantages of the new mode for the companies during the servitization process.The conclusions further provide solutions and decision-making advice to lead the manufacturing servitization and innovation of manufacturing service.
