"Green Rise" has always been the "main theme" of the development of Jiangxi Province.On January 27,2019,Governor Yi Lianhong once again stressed that Jiangxi Province should rise greenly in the summary report of the 13 th People's Congress of Jiangxi Province.The green rise of Jiangxi Province relies on the coordinated development of the economy,society and environment of various industries,especially the logistics which is considered as the pillar industry in the economic field.At the same time,the Internet industry has achieved unprecedented development in today's society.In the Internet era,various industries rely on the power of the Internet to achieve cross-era progress.The integration of the logistics industry and the Internet is particularly significant.However,with the rapid development of the economy,logistics development has caused certain damage to the ecological environment and social development,such as “ three wastes ”emissions,energy waste,and traffic safety hazards.Meanwhile,these damages also affect the development of logistics to a certain extent.Therefore,the evaluation and countermeasure research on the sustainable development of "Internet + Logistics" in Jiangxi Province has important theoretical and practical significance.The main research content of this thesis is divided into five parts:First,Related concepts and theoretical basis.This part sorts out the related concepts of logistics industry and "Internet + Logistics" and the theory of sustainable development.Based on the "DPSIR" model of sustainable development,the sustainable development model of "Internet + Logistics" in Jiangxi Province is designed,invoving the six dimensions of resources,society,environment,technology,economy and logistics.Secondly,The status quo and main problems of sustainable development of "Internet + Logistics" in Jiangxi Province.This part is the "Internet + Logistics" sustainable development model in Jiangxi Province based on the "DPSIR" model.It analyzes the current six dimensions of resources,society,environment,technology,economy and logistics.In addition,it also points out the problems in the sustainable development of "Internet + Logistics" in Jiangxi Province.Thirdly,Research on the influencing factors of the sustainable development of "Internet + Logistics" in Jiangxi Province.This part first introduces the principles of principal component analysis and regression analysis and builds the indicator system of the influencing factors of sustainable development of "Internet +Logistics" in Jiangxi Province on the basis of relevant literature research The 56 indicators were analyzed by principal component analysis according to their sub-systems.A total of 12 main factors were obtained.Then,based on these 12 main factors,a regression model was established to determine the significant impact factors of the sustainable development of "Internet + Logistics".Fourthly,Research on the efficiency evaluation of sustainable development of "Internet + Logistics" in Jiangxi Province.This section introduces the data envelopment analysis and its basic model.The significant influence factors selected by principal component analysis and regression analysis are set as input-output indicators.The CCR and BCC models were used to evaluate the efficiency of the sustainable development of "Internet +Logistics" in Jiangxi Province from 2002 to 2016.From the results of input-output efficiency analysis,the average technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency average are less than 1,indicating that the efficiency of sustainable development of "Internet + Logistics" in Jiangxi Province in 2002-2016 has not been relatively effective;At the same time,the scale economy has not increased in one year,indicating that various resources in Jiangxi Province have reached a critical state-the extensive economic model.The development of an intensive economy model is required for the current stage of the sustainable development of "Internet + Logistics" in Jiangxi Province.Then,after the slack variable analysis,the reasons for the relatively ineffectiveness of the sustainable development of "Internet + Logistics" in Jiangxi Province in 2006,2012 and 2013 were found out,that is,the Internet,resources and economic input were not fully utilized.Finally,Countermeasure Analysis of Sustainable Development of "Internet +Logistics" in Jiangxi Province.Based on the comprehensive results of the relevant theories,the analysis of the status quo and influencing factors,as well as efficiency assessment of the sustainable development of "Internet + Logistics",it has put forward targeted countermeasures for the Jiangxi provincial government and relevant departments: improve the technology level of Internet and slow down theInternet facilitie investment redundancy;improving the strategic layout of resources,improving resource utilization;adjusting the economic industrial structure to achieve the task of de-capacity.
