| As we know that,financial company which belongs to knowledge-intensive enterprises,and the works of IT system development is mostly carried out with project,the process of which is the application,integration and innovation of the knowledge of individuals and organizations.So,the knowledge in project is very important for individuals and organizations.But,there are lots of problems in the project,such as knowledge lost and low utilization rate,which have been affect the quality of project deliverables and the improvement of individual and organizational competence.On the other hand,with the widespread recognition of knowledge management concepts and measures,more and more practices and cases show that the relevant theories and measures of knowledge management play a vital role in enhancing the competitiveness of organizations and individuals.The purpose of this paper is to realize the combination of knowledge management and project management to improve the ability and quality of project members and the delivery quality of system development projects.Chapters one & two of this paper are to study and analyze the existing research results,elaborate the relevant theories and models of knowledge management,explore the internal relationship between knowledge management and project management,and study the specific methods of application of knowledge management in projects.In the third chapter,the knowledge management problems in the system development project of company A are elaborated,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.In the fourth chapter,based on the analysis of these problems,combining the knowledge management theory,the SECI model of knowledge transformation and the characteristics of the system development project,the knowledge management application model of the system development project is put forward.According to this model,first,we improve the basic environment of knowledge management,and then integrate knowledge management work into the project organization structure,project planning tasks,project process,project quality management,etc.,to make it a part of project management and carry out synchronously.Finally,through the transfer and creation mechanism of project knowledge,we can promote the transfer and transformation of knowledge between individuals,individuals and organizations,organizations and organizations.This series of measures not only improve the project management,but also basically form a closed-loop of knowledge precipitation,accumulation,application and innovation in the system development project of Company A.After checking the application and effect of the model,we come to the conclusion that after the application of knowledge management in the project process,the competitiveness of the project organization and individual,and the quality of project delivery have been significantly improved.The model has obvious practical application value.Now that the project has become the basic form for many enterprises to carry out their work,the problem of knowledge management in the project will be widespread,and its impact will be more obvious.So,i expected that the theory and model studied in this paper can be applied and popularized in the internal project management of the company,and provide reference for the project managers. |
