Study On Knowledge Management Of Oil Exploration Project In Shengli Oil Field

Knowledge is a very important resource in the knowledge economy, has a crucial role tothe development of enterprises. Only through the full importance of knowledge, continueingto collect and store knowledge, to enrich the knowledge of business resources, are availableto all employees to learn and exchange knowledge to further the use of experience, to achieveknowledge sharing. Shengli Oilfield take full attention to the knowledge in order to realizethe importance of knowledge in the oil field development projects within the PetroleumExploration, in the process of the field staff using knowledge for knowledge innovation,realizing the technological innovation, to create huge profits for the field, and enhance themarket competitiveness of Shengli Oilfield, in the same industry can take advantage of theposition, to face the fierce market competition.This paper describes the knowledge management, project management theory, on thisbasis, carried out systematic analysis of existing knowledge management of the oilexploration project in Shengli Oil Field, and then introduced the status of implementation ofknowledge management of Shengli oil exploration project, and accordingly put forward theprocess of implementation of knowledge management problems and put forwardcorresponding countermeasures, and finally gives the implementation of knowledgemanagement control recommendations, and conclusion of oil exploration project in ShengliOil Field.
