In recent years,Chinese industrial enterprises have been trying to find new drivers of development.Various innovation paths have emerged,including internet plus,integration of informatization and industrialization,industrial internet,intelligent manufacturing and high-quality development.However,many industrial enterprises have embarked on a tortuous journey of exploration with high costs.However,the results have been disappointing.The phenomenon of declining sales performance,insufficient production start,rapid decline of profit margin and diversion of staff reduction is likely to spread gradually.In this paper,based on the current China's large state-owned industrial consumer goods manufacturing enterprise of the actual,combined with the research status at home and abroad,using the system theory,the contingence theory and strategic management theory,in a lot of reading literature an collecting,on the basis of enterprise data,puts forward the organizational change "six-variable path" and "nine-link" enterprise organizational change model and new system contingence view.System analyzes the case of enterprise's internal and external environment,the change of pressure,the change of conditions.This paper systematically analyzes the progress and shortcomings of the implemented reform measures in the internal value chain,business process,management and control system,organizational structure of enterprise,and puts forward the strategy-oriented "Internet + enterprise" organizational reform plan.The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,the background,purpose and significance of this paper are introduced;secondly,the research status quo at home and abroad is analyzed;thirdly,the research content,methods,innovation points and technical route are introduced.Then the relevant theories and models of organization change are summarized.Taking CQ company as an example,this paper comprehensively and deeply describes the general situation,strategy,environment and pressure of organizational change of CQ company.The problems of the four systems of enterprise internal value chain,business process,management and control system and organizational structure are detected and analyzed,and conditions of enterprise organizational change are identified.The,according to the background of the "internet+" era and the development trend of enterprise,the "six-variable path","nine-link model" and the new system contingency view of enterprise organizational change are proposed.Combined with the specific conditions of the case enterprise,referring to the successful experience of implementing "Internet+" enterprise,drawing lessons from the implementation of "Internet+" frustrated enterprise,the specific "Internet + enterprise" organizational change program is proposed,and the risk of organizational change is identified,and the risk prevention and control measures are proposed.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the "six-variable path" is correct,the "nine-link model" is applicable,the new system contingency view is objective,and the "Internet + enterprise" is the correct way for enterprises to achieve high-quality development.
