Engineering Survey and design industry is an important link of engineering construction,which plays a key role in China's economic development.With the expansion of scale and the rapid growth of the number of employees,the industry has been affected by policies and market inversion,and there have been issues such as homogenization of competitive subjects,low qualification of personnel and increasing competition.With the continuous development of the economy,in the new era of Internet big data,the industry in the green energy conservation and environmental protection and other aspects have also put forward new requirements.Therefore,the industry under the guidance of the national restructuring policy,the emergence of upstream and downstream restructuring and merger,enterprises in order to continue to survive the strategic transformation,showing the development of the integration model of the trend of change.Under the guidance of the concept of change,the company uses management accounting related tools,such as balanced scorecard,to achieve strategic measurement by setting weights for indicators,strategic maps,and strategic description and communication through strategic segmentation.Strengthen the emphasis on strategy,can improve business performance,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,so as to achieve strategic objectives.The strategic change of enterprise is bound to bring about the change of organizational structure,and the organizational structure,as the support and carrier of organization operation,is the main platform of strategy implementation.Through combing and adjusting the organizational structure,make it more compatible with the strategy,and provide strong help and support for the realization of the strategic objectives.Therefore,matching a reasonable organizational structure is conducive to promoting the implementation of strategic maps,but also conducive to solving the problems arising from internal management.Taking S company as an example,taking the engineering survey and design industry as the background,this paper analyzes the organizational structure change of case company based on strategic map on the basis of organizational structure reform,strategic map and other related theories.Firstly,on the basis of the relationship between strategic map and organizational structure,this paper analyzes the background of the implementation of the strategic map of the case company and the implementation process.Secondly,it unfolds the analysis of the organizational structure change,compares the characteristics of the organizational structure before and after the change,and analyzes its existing problems and advantages.Then describe the process of change,analyze the effectiveness of change,with the help of management accounting tools-balanced scorecard,from its four dimensions and performance appraisal aspects,with quantitative and qualitative methods,analysis of the results produced.Finally summed up the Enlightenment to draw conclusions.The research of this paper further extends the relationship between strategic map and organization,and holds that combing organizational structure is the condition and guarantee of implementing strategic map,and reasonable organization structure is beneficial to the realization of strategic goal.Therefore,through the research of this paper,we hope to be able to provide reference and help for the same type of company to carry out organizational structure reform under the premise of carrying out strategic map.
