In the era of knowledge economy,the development of enterprises relies more and more on the rapid flow of knowledge.The effective transfer and utilization of knowledge is the key to improving the ability of R&D and innovation of enterprises.Effective knowledge transfer within the enterprise R&D team,especially tacit knowledge transfer,plays an important role in increasing the stock of team knowledge,improving R&D level,and promoting knowledge innovation.Due to the unique attributes of tacit knowledge,knowledge subjects cannot accurately measure whether other knowledge transfer subjects will participate spontaneously or voluntarily participate in tacit knowledge transfer activities.Under the reciprocal and altruistic preference situation,the knowledge transfer party shows a certain "irrationality" for tacit knowledge transfer,and can participate voluntarily in tacit knowledge transfer activities to improve the efficiency of tacit knowledge transfer.The impact of reciprocal and altruistic preferences on tacit knowledge transfer among R&D team members is the key to promoting the benign development of the team.Based on the principal-agent theory,this study considers reciprocal preferences,altruistic preferences and reciprocal and altruistic preferences,and constructs a tacit knowledge transfer incentive model for enterprise R&D teams in a dual-agent context.Through numerical simulation,study the influence of tacit knowledge complementarity on the level of tacit knowledge transfer under different reciprocal preferences?the impact of incentives on the level of tacit knowledge transfer efforts and the impact of incentives on the expected utility of corporate R&D teams;the influence of altruism on the implicit knowledge transfer within the enterprise R&D team and the knowledge output of the team?the Influence of Different Altruistic Preferences on Self-knowledge Output and the Recessive Knowledge Complementarity on Tacit Knowledge Transfer;the influence of reciprocal preferences on the tacit knowledge transfer within the R&D team of enterprises under different altruistic preferences?the Influence of Altruistic Preference on the Implicit Knowledge Transfer within the R&D Team of Enterprises under Different Reciprocal Preferences?the impact of reciprocal and altruistic preferences on the tacit knowledge transfer within the R&D team and the earnings of the R&D team.This study proposes reciprocal preferences?altruistic preferences?reciprocity and altruism from the aspects of strengthening the reciprocal preferences? altruism preferences? reciprocity and altruistic preferences of corporate R&D teams and improving the tacit knowledge complementarity among members of R&D teams.The incentive policy to promote the implicit knowledge transfer within the enterprise R&D team is supported by the preference to improve the efficiency of tacit knowledge transfer within the R&D team.
