Research On Mechanism Of University-enterprise Reciprocal Cooperation In Knowledge Transfer

Knowledge transfer cooperation between university and enterprise plays an important role in building innovation driven economy in our country.There are many knowledge transfer activities during cooperative R&D,by complementary knowledge transfer the university and enterprise could exert their advantages,finally generate innovative product.Market-oriented product needs to meet the market demand in effectiveness and applicability.Consequently the efficiency and result could have a huge influence on the product.More and more scholars pay attention to reciprocal knowledge transfer.Under this background,combining with the existing in the study of factors affecting knowledge transfer between university and enterprise,this paper put reciprocal preferences into knowledge transfer process model,focus on three points:1.How could the reciprocal preferences of participators promote the effect of knowledge transfer?2.The factors which could affect the formation of the reciprocal cooperation between the two organizations?3.What is the driving force mechanism of knowledge transfer reciprocal cooperation between university and enterprise?Structure arrangement and research approach of this paper.First,summarized the existing research and combined range of study of this paper,made a detailed description of the mechanism of participators' reciprocal preferences promote knowledge transfer effects.This made a full demonstration that the effect of reciprocal cooperation in knowledge transfer is much better than simple cooperation based on self-interest.Second,this paper based on bounded rationality,extends the study range of previous studies of one-way knowledge transfer from university to enterprise,emphasize two-way knowledge transfer between the two organizations.Accordingly,instead of using the principal-agent theory that frequently-used by scholars,this paper adopts the method of evolutionary game to build the evolution model of reciprocal cooperation in knowledge transfer,analyze factors that affect reciprocal cooperation.Third,put government subsidy factor to the game model,analyze influence of subsidy.All the conclusions passed the simulation experiment of MATLAB,most of them had the support of good industry-university-research cooperation case.At last,build the driving force mechanism of knowledge transfer reciprocal cooperation.Based on the above study,we have follow findings:1.Without the support of government when one of the two sides transferred more knowledge to the other side,the reciprocal cooperation of the two is more difficult to form.2.when the subsidy is greater than cost and risk,the increase of the quantity of transferred knowledge will promote the formation of reciprocal cooperation.Combine with the current knowledge transfer situation in cooperative R&D in our country,this paper put forward the corresponding policy suggestions:1.The government need to build a network information platform,which could reduce the cost and risk of reciprocal knowledge transfer,according to the information government could give subsidy to reciprocal knowledge transfer cooperation.2,University and enterprise should be good at recognize and encourage reciprocal behaviors of their member,make every effort to foster reciprocal culture in and between organizations.3.Reform the examining and assessment system,increase assessment latitude,lower the weight of publishing achievement properly.
