A Comparative Study Of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Urban Service Function

Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao bay area is the fourth largest bay area in the world after San Francisco bay area,New York bay area and Tokyo bay area.With the acceleration of economic globalization,the development strategy of urban agglomeration has become a national strategy.Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao bay area has unique advantages in location,investment environment,transportation network and other aspects,which makes its agglomeration effect of urban agglomeration development continuously enhanced.As the core industry of the urban agglomeration of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,service industry dominates the economic trend of the whole bay area.Planning and developing the service industry in the bay area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao is a major strategic issue in the development of regional industry in China.This paper uses Urban flow intensity model,through the location entropy,extroverted function,service,product output flow intensity,the service product output flow structure,service products and the output stream tendency degree Angle,comparative study on a large bay area of Guangdong 11 city service function and external radiation capacity of various industries,to analyze service sector competition in various cities.On this basis,combined with the natural environment,economic environment,policy environment and other practical factors,in order to put forward reasonable policy recommendations.The study found that Hong Kong is at the core of the service function of the greater bay area,which drives the economic development of the whole bay area.Guangzhou and Shenzhen enjoy fast economic growth and strong comprehensive strength.The radiation capacity of Shenzhen to bay area cities has gradually surpassed that of Guangzhou.Due to the limitation of city size,Macao has little influence on surrounding cities.Dongguan,Foshan,Zhuhai,Zhongshan,Jiangmen,Huizhou,Zhaoqing and other cities have relatively low levels of economic development,which are greatly affected by Hong Kong,Shenzhen and Guangzhou.Finally,this paper suggested a large bay area of Guangdong 11 cities need to strengthen cooperation and communication,and seek the coordinated development planning and decision making.At the same time,It should strengthen the infrastructure construction,promote flow of the bay area,the top design,and actively to strengthen regional cooperation system to reduce costs,through the way of optimization of regional industrial structure,strive to create more international center network structure of the bay area.
