The Chinese economy is experiencing a profound institutional change.Its success or failure depends on whether the economic entity can establish an effective micro-mechanism.After the 19 th National Congress raised the level of openness,it has greatly accelerated the process of this change,and enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges.To improve the efficiency of enterprises and make them have a worldwide competitive advantage,the corporate system must have a dynamic and spontaneous vitality.This requires enterprises to establish a modern enterprise system characterized by clear property rights,science and management.The effective corporate incentive mechanism is an important aspect.Previous studies have focused on whether equity incentives have a positive impact on company performance,and there is not much research on the design of equity incentive schemes.Supor is a family-owned private enterprise with more than 150 years of history in the field of cookware and small household appliances manufacturing.The Groupe SEB Group,which has a global leading position in the small household appliances and kitchen utensils industry,acquired it in 2007.So far,the nature of private property in Supor Changed to the nature of property rights of foreign-controlled companies.Supor's property rights have been implemented before and after the change of equity incentives,and its equity incentive system is implemented in the context of different property rights and corporate governance.This paper takes Zhejiang Supor Co.,Ltd.as the research target,based on the background of designing and implementing equity incentives,and conducts an in-depth analysis of Supor's equity incentive system.The design motivation and factor differences of different equity incentive systems before and after the change of Supor property rights Grasping,trying to find out the actual basis of the impact of the nature of property rights on the design of equity incentive system,and analyze the implementation effect of the equity incentive system designed under the background of different property rights.On the basis of this,the author analyzes and analyzes the design elements of the equity incentive plan before and after the change of Supor's property rights,anddraws a reference for reference.At the practical level,we will further derive the best combination of equity incentive effects,and provide reference and reference for other companies in designing and implementing equity incentive schemes.On the theoretical level,it not only enriches the analysis and research of equity incentive related cases,but also promotes the positive role of Chinese companies in making better use of equity incentive models and giving full play to equity incentives.
