With the advent of the economic era,the country, society, families, and individuals pay more and more attention to education, which makes the individuals who are in this new era have receipted much more education than other eras, which also makes the labor of higher education gradually increase. At the same time, due to the global economic downturn, the opportunities of employment have reduced, many laborers with higher level of education have entered secondary and unrecognized positions, which resulte in many workers are not able to exert their all skills or abilities. This phenomenon is called overqualification by scholars.Perceived overqualification means that employees believe that their knowledge, skills and experience exceed the requirements of their current jobs.In essence, overqualification is a state shows the unfitness between individuals and their position.Researchs of perceived overqualication had considerable controversy. In the one hand, from the perspective of relative exploitation theory and fairness theory, some scholars thought that perceived overqualified employees in the organization may have a series of negative influences. On the other hand, some scholars from the self-determination theory thought that perceived overqualified employees maybe have a positive impact on the organization. Therefore,in order to find the answer of perceived overqualification and innivation behavior, this research based on social congnitive theory build an integrated model of perceived overqualification and employee innovation behavior, and introduces creative self-efficacy as a mediator variable and job involvement as a regulatory variable.Using the questionnaire survey method, the data of 318 valid samples were analyzed and the following results were obtained:(1)The difference in the age and academic qualifications of employees has a significant impact on perceived overqualification,if the overqualified individuals have the younger age and the higher difference between real education and required of the work, the individuals may think themselves overqualication. The working years have a positive impact on the employee's job involvement, that is,the more the working years, the greater the job involvement of the employees;(2)Perceived overqualification has a significant positive influence on employees' innovative behavior, that means when employees perceive their qualification is much higher, they have more innovative behavior;(3)Creative self-efficacy plays a partical mediating between perceived qualification and innovative behavior, which means, the influence of perceived overqualification on innovation behavior is through creative self-efficacy;(4)The second half of the intermediary role of creative self-efficacy is regulated by job involvement, that is,when the employee's job involvement is high, the relationship of perceived overqualification and innovation behavior which through creative self-efficacy will be stronger. The results of this study confirm the positive impact of perceived overqualified employee, such as more innovative behaviors.and this relationship is mediated by creative self-efficacy and moderated by job involvement. These results enrich the path of perceived overqualification and enlarge its boundary conditions. The research's results and management sugestions have enriched the employee innovation and promotion strategy, and provide reference for the company to develop recruitment strategy and recruitment system.
