Honest morality has increasingly become an important factor in the interaction between people in business management.The Authentic Leadership style has attracted more and more attention from enterprises and has become a hot topic in academic circles.The research results have proved that the Authentic Leadership style of managers is helpful to enhance the sincerity of employees,and encourages employees to provide more services to customers,and further enhance customer perception of service sincerity[1].In addition,in service-oriented enterprises,managers use the Servant Leadership style to deliver service-oriented values to employees,which can enhance employees'service-oriented awareness,motivate employees'service-oriented behavior,and provide better services[2].Therefore,in the service industry,Authentic Leadership style and Servant Leadership style play an important role in improving the service quality of subordinate employees,but the influence of which leadership style has to be verified remains to be verified.In recent years,more and more 90s and even 95s have become hotel employees.This young group has a different personality and personal qualities than the previous generation,which brings great challenges to the work of hotel managers.At the same time,many of the hotel's internal staff management problems have also reflected to some extent the lack of guidance for hotel management personnel on certain new management concepts.In order to better introduce the new leadership concept into the hotel industry,this article takes the post-90s new generation employees as the research target group.In order to better introduce the new leadership concept into the hotel industry,this paper explores the sincere style and the public servant style with the new generation of employees in the post-90s as the research target group.At the same time,a comparative analysis of the impact of the two leadership styles,in order to provide practical recommendations for hotel leaders.In the context of literature review and related theories and research results,this paper discusses the establishment of research conceptual models and empirical tests.The author collected data from eleven high-star hotels from September 2018 to February 2019,and then analyzed the data using Spss21.0 and Amos22.0.According to the results of data analysis,the author believes that hotel managers should choose the contingency of leadership in the management process,and carry out individualized management of employees according to organizational development goals.Managers must strive to build a trusted organizational environment and provide a new generation of employees with a work environment of mutual trust,thereby improving the work attitude of employees and promoting positive behaviors of employees.Finally,the author summarizes the shortcomings of this research and proposes the future development direction.
