The effect of leadership style on employee's work behavior has been one of the important field of organizational behavior study and management psychology. Compared to other leadership styles, the effect of servant leadership and paternalistic leadership on employees' work behavior is the focus of researchers. But from the researches at home and abroad at present, the academic circles conduct researches only in one style of leadership mostly. It is lack of the two styles and comparative study between them. Therefore, This study took 327 enterprises as research objects and it takes the influence of servant leadership and paternalistic leadership on employees' behavior as the starting point, then compares it in different conditions and discusses the mediating effect of psychological empowerment in the impact on employees' work behavior under the two styles leadership. The data which obtained used SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 to do the statistical analysis.The result showed:(1)In the influence of servant leadership and paternalistic leadership on the employees' work behavior, they both have significant positive impact on the employees' behavior;(2)In the impact on employees' work behavior, through comparative analysis of the two styles leadership, it comes to the conclusion that servant leadership can lead to more organizational citizenship behaviors than paternalistic leadership, paternalistic leadership can increase employees' task performances than servant leadership, but overall the function of servant leadership is better than that of paternalistic leadership;(3)Psychological empowerment plays a partial mediate role in servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior play a multiple mediate role in the servant leadership and task performances;(4)Psychological empowerment plays a partial mediate role in paternalistic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior as well as paternalistic leadership and task performances. Psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior play a multiple mediate role in the relationship between paternalistic leadership and task performances.
