The overall development level of the retail industry is an important indicator to measure the level of a city's economic development.The spatial layout and structural characteristics of the urban retail industry constitute the basic elements of the retail industry.The reasonable retail space layout meets the needs of the citizens for shopping and rational allocation of resources.Prosperous commodity economy plays an important role.Using emerging commercial geographic data and traditional statistical data,the retail commercial outlets in 85 streets of Changsha City were used as research objects.The nuclear density estimation,standard deviation ellipse and correlation analysis were used to explore the spatial pattern of retail commercial space in Changsha.The overall spatial distribution characteristics of retail formats,the distribution characteristics of different types of formats and the combination characteristics of different types of formats;through the establishment of the index system of the factors affecting the spatial pattern of retail industry,using the geo-detector method to explore the spatial pattern of retail business in Changsha The influencing factors and comparative analysis of the differences in the factors affecting the east of Xiangjiang River and the west of Xiangjiang River in Changsha City,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)From the perspective of overall distribution characteristics,the distribution of retail commercial outlets in Changsha City shows “central agglomeration and peripheral diffusion”,and the “four vertical and three horizontal” distribution patterns along the main roads of the city spread from the center to the periphery;The pyramid distribution structure system of “small masters,multiple pairs,and multiples” is presented,and the spatial distribution of retail commercial centers is significantly different.From the perspective of agglomeration characteristics,there are 6 clusters of hotspots distributed in the central area of the city;According to the spatial distribution pattern of the eight retail formats,there are four types of distribution: multi-core agglomeration,multi-core distribution,single core and dual core.From the perspective of the correlation of the distribution of the business status,the spatial distribution difference of the retail portfolio is based on the nature of the business.There are different.(2)The dominant factors affecting the spatial pattern of retail commercial outlets in Changsha are population size and traffic accessibility;road network density and retail diversity,population density and interaction between bus stations,population density and road network density are high,population density The level of interaction with the other eight factors is generally higher;the order of influence factors on the rent and commercial complex of the east of Xiangjiang River is higher than that of the west of Xiangjiang River.(3)From the perspective of spatial distribution pattern,the spatial layout of retail commercial outlets in Changsha City needs to be further optimized.The service capacity of the retail industry in the suburbs and suburbs needs to be strengthened.The matching of commercial outlet density and population density in some counties and cities Further improvement;the retail business sub-centre and sub-center level needs to be further mentioned.The scale of commercial outlets in the west of Xiangjiang River is smaller than that in the east of Xiangjiang River.Yuelu District and Wangcheng District lack high-level retailer owner centers.(4)Judging from the detection results of influencing factors,the construction of commercial complex in Changsha needs to be strengthened.The commercial complex in the peripheral areas of the city is less distributed and the building area is low.The radiation belts in the suburban areas and some densely populated areas are limited.The peripheral urban area is weakened by the commercial complex.At the same time,enriching the type and quantity of retail formats is the focus of optimizing the spatial layout of retail outlets in the future.
