The Study Of Spatial Pattern And Optimization Of Wholesale Market Of Changsha City

After more than twenty years of continuous development adjustment, thewholesale markets of Changsha city has got into the period of self-selection, whosetype and spatial pattern and building form tend to diversity. Therefore, the studyaiming at spatial pattern of the wholesale markets of Changsha city would havepositive reference value and realistic meaning to the current spatial pattern of thewholesale markets of Changsha city.The thesis firstly elaborates the history of spatial development of wholesalemarket, concluding the regular pattern of wholesale market. Based on aforementionedstudy, this thesis aims at characteristic of spatial pattern of the wholesale markets ofChangsha city and analyze it quantitatively and qualltatively. Moreover, the workpoints the problem which exists in the spatial pattern of the wholesale markets ofChangsha city and put forward targeted optimization strategy of spatial pattern，expecting to be lead the future development of wholesale markets of Changsha cityand improve the relative theory of site selection, spatial pattern and planning.The thesis includes the following results:（1）Based on the Literature review and case study, the thesis elaborates thedevelopment process and development experience in domestic and internationalwholesale markets and summarizes the spatial structure evolution of the spatial layoutand the relationship of the urban location of the different types of wholesale marketsand wholesale markets by using the compare and contrast research methods.（2）The thesis explores the impact on the wholesale market space layout inChangsha City respectively from the urban spatial structure in Changsha City, urbantransport, modern logistics, consumer behavior and E—business.（3）The thesis analyzes overall spatial layout characteristics and the layoutpattern and the main city of the spatial distribution and size of the wholesale marketof Changsha City, pointing the bottlenecks of external environment and internaldevelopment and the resources restrict, space constraints, traffic congestion broughtabout by the expansion of Changsha City wholesale market scale.（4）Based on the aforementioned study,the thesis analyzes the spatial layout ofthe development of the law of the Changsha City wholesale market, predicting thefuture trend of development of the wholesale market group and proposing spatial layout optimization measures.This paper conducts a more systematic and in-depth study of spatial layout of thewholesale market of Changsha City. On the one hand, it improves the layout of thetheory of the wholesale market space and has a certain theoretical significance; on theother hand, through the case study of Changsha City wholesale market, the study ofspatial distribution of factors affecting the analysis, development and management ofthe wholesale market according to local conditions provide a theoretical basis andsupport for more effective guidance and coordination of the wholesale market and hassome practical significance.
