Investors are looking for high-quality target resources;in particular,how to develop effective strategies to meet challenges in the long-term development of the company and become a top priority in the current development of YH fund companies.How to stably survive in the current competition situation;How to attract investors legally and compliantly;How to looking for high-quality target resources;Particularly,How to develop effective strategies to meet challenges in the long-term development of the company.All of above become a top priority in the following development of YH.From the perspective of corporate strategic management,this thesis analyzes the current competition conditionof the private-equity investment industry and uses a variety of analytical methods to study the opportunities,threats,and competitive advantages and disadvantages faced by YH fund company.Focusing on the current situation of YH fund company,we explore the strategies and plans for the development of private-equity funds under the current background,provide feasible suggestions for the company's overall development strategy.It also lays a solid foundation for long-term stable and sustainable development.The main research of this thesis are as follows: Firstly,the PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external environment of YH Fund Management,and the improved Six-Force Industry Competition Model is used to analyze the competition status of the private-equityfund industry,then the opportunities and threats faced by the company are obtained,so the EFE external factor evaluation matrix analysis could be performed.For the company's internal environment,by analyzing products,human resources and core competitiveness of YH and so on to find out this company's strengths and weaknesses.Secondly,based on the EFE and IFE matrix,using SWOT analysis and the combinational analysis of the two matrices above to obtain the company's strategic positioning,goals and possible strategic approach.For this strategic approach,IE(internal and external environmental matrix)was used to enhance the feasibility of judgment.Thirdly,after the sub-division of the alternative strategies,a variety of alternatives are obtained.Finally,the QSPM(quantitative strategic planning matrix)analysis was used to derive the best strategy.Through the research above,the author believes that in the coming years,YH Fund Management Co.,Ltd.should formulate and implement a diversification strategy with certain competitiveness.In order to ensure the effective implementation of this strategy,this thesis also suggests that the company should pay more attention to the implementation of new-product development,lead generation,human resources management,core team building,the construction of corporate culture and other strategic measures.
