XXY,subordinate to China North Industries Group Co.,Ltd.,is a military manufacturing enterprise.To reach the purpose of continuously improving the overall economic benefits,the company has made efforts to strengthen structural adjustment,capacity building,technological innovation and management innovation,etc.in recent years.However,the phenomenon of growth slowing down and insufficient momentum for growth has still occurred.It is mainly manifested in unclear departmental economic responsibility,unsuccessful decomposition and landing of operational indicators,decreasing of product profit margin year by year,lack of cost awareness and other aspects.To optimize resource allocation,increase product efficiency effectively,maximize profit,XXY has introduced Amoeba business model,with manufacturing department as pilot department,and has carried out in-depth exploration on this basis.By taking the application situation of Amoeba business model in the manufacturing department in XXY as the study case,this paperstudies and analyzes the optimization work of the business model in manufacturing department,in combination with relevant theoretical knowledge.The first is to establish Amoeba business model through organization system construction,business objective setting,establishment of internal trading system,establishment of independent accounting model and other links.The second is to push forward the application of Amoeba business model step by step through Amoeba structural division,specific setting of Amoeba business objectives and Amoeba business settlement.The third is to discuss the problems met during the implementation process and raise solutions,striving to find out the business model conforming to the production characteristics of XXY,through the conclusion of the influence of Amoeba business model on the manufacturing department in XXY.Through the application study of Amoeba business model in the manufacturing department in XXY,it can be proved that Amoeba business model is systematic and operational.In this paper,the implementation process of introducing Amoeba business model into the manufacturing department,not only supports the research on Amoeba business model,but provides reference for the introduction of Amoeba business model in the same industry.
