At present,our country is in the period of economic transformation.The change of world economic pattern makes our enterprises face more and more opportunities and challenges.With the increasing cost of labor and the more difficult international market environment,most enterprises are facing the dilemma of how to improve quality and efficiency.How to reduce costs and improve profits at the same time has been a very concerned part of the enterprise.Amiba business reform is the way to achieve this.Amoeba's business philosophy,summarized by Inamori in the process of business management,is characterized by its ability to adjust and change its own shape to adapt to changes in the environment,with strong flexibility and adaptability.This management mode is to divide enterprises into small groups according to their functions and manage them.Inamori applied this management concept to Kyoto Ceramics and KDDI Company in Japan and successfully saved JAL.Although the Amoeba management model created by Inamori has been highly praised by many enterprises and entrepreneurs have been learning Amoeba,many enterprises have found that the effect is not significant,and even cause many negative effects.Due to the different market conditions,national conditions and even cultural environment between China and Japan,it is decided that when importing Amoeba,we should pay attention to the core and not blindly copy it.Taking Z enterprise as an example,this paper focuses on the positive impact of Amoeba reform on enterprise performance management in domestic enterprises,and how Amoeba management concept is designed to improve enterprise performance management level.This paper first takes the theory of Amoeba management and performance management as the starting point of research,and based on the research results of Chinese and foreign scholars,combined with the Chinese market,taking Z enterprises as an example,using theoretical research and analysis,and conducting field visits.Explain and analyze the performance management and structure of Z enterprises.Firstly,it introduces the situation of the Z company's industry,then introduces the Z company's own situation,the reasons and opportunities for the management reform,analyzes the advantages of the Z company's current performance management model,especially analyzes the specific system design details and experience of the Z enterprise.On this basis,it is further proposed that there are still unsolved problems in the performance management model of Z enterprise based on the management concept of Amoeba,analyze the causes and propose optimization plans in a targeted manner,hoping to give small and medium-sized private enterprises similar to Z enterprises.The management system reform of the enterprise and the construction of the performance management system provide some new ideas and suggestions.
