China's economy has been developing rapidly since twenty-first Century,and all industries are expanding rapidly.Among them,the demand for high-end consumer goods is also growing rapidly.This has also stimulated foreign product manufacturers and domestic consumer goods dealers.At present,China's beverage market is developing rapidly,and the industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Today,with the homogenization of products,only the differentiated management of the value chain of brand and channel can make the product agent enterprises develop steadily and steadily.The repercussions of the fast consumer goods in the market are inseparable from the strength of the dealers and the control of the market.The influence of the dealers in the market can not be underestimated.Therefore,how to choose the appropriate dealers is very important to the manufacturers of fast consumer goods.In the process of agent products,the distributors are different from the idea of the manufacturer,and the market orientation is different,the positioning of the products is not clear,and the difference of brand and channel value is not obvious.The market view of the manufacturers and dealers is not uniform and different frequency leads to the disorderly management of the distributors,which all result in the failure of the product agent.Project agent flow is not clear and has a very close relationship.First of all,the product agent project flow is introduced through the network planning flow chart,and the key actions of the agent are found through the operation experience,and the product agent project process is found to be inaccurate,the dealer management is not in place,the regional division is confused,the agent qualification is incompatible,the logistics service management is not consistent.Reason can not keep up with the development of the market,resulting in project failure or abortion.Analysis of its product positioning,dealer management,logistics services,and through scientific methods and models to solve the existing problems.Secondly,with the help of the product positioning method,we can fully realize the fine positioning of the product market and provide the general idea for dealers to represent the products.Finally,by building brand model,channel management model and other tools,combined with Hengda's own characteristics,mining out a scientific mode suitable for distributor agent projects.This article provides a more standardized and efficient method and idea for the agent project process of the distributor of Hengda mineral water group.Meanwhile,the research on the problem of the agent products of the fast consumer goods dealers can be supplemented to help the company to manage and improve the performance.
