Patents contain a lot of valuable information.The types and legal status of patents play an important role in the study of technological dynamics.They can help enterprises to analyze the external environment and serve the formulation of technological development strategies.Summarizing the relevant literature,it is found that the analysis of the theme of industrial technology and the effectiveness of enterprise technology mostly takes patent application as the research object,and the types of patents are chaotic and the quality is different,while neglecting the important dimension of not in force patents.In recent years,the popularization of text mining technology makes it possible to make full use of not in force patent information.On the basis of Chinese text clustering,the not in force patents,not in force/ effective patents and effective patents are clustered separately,and the relationship between not in force patents and effective patents is explored.The results are visualized by Sankey diagram,and the emergence,extinction and development of technology topics are judged according to the trend of patent flow.The patent of LED packaging industry is taken as the research sample,and the technical subject analysis is carried out,and the correctness of the analysis results is verified by the industrial literature.Taking the legal status of patents as the research dimension,it provides a new perspective and analysis method for industrial technology subject research,and also provides new ideas and reference for enterprises to fully tap not in force patent information.Using text mining method to obtain the "technology * efficacy" involved in each patent and draw the trend map of the number of patents corresponding to each "technology * efficacy" over time.Based on the life cycle theory,this paper analyses the development stages of each technological efficiency of an enterprise,and speculates on the changes of the degree of attention paid to each technological efficiency in different periods of time,so as to predict the future technological direction more reliably.In addition,by building the measurement model of authorization correlation and failure correlation,it is determined that different technological efficacy is in the initial stage,development stage,renewal stage or decline stage in enterprise R&D in a certain period of time,and the reasons for different technological efficacy in different stages of development are analyzed.Combining the above two analysis methods,taking LED packaging enterprises as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzed the development of technical efficacy of Lumileds and EO,and speculated on the development prospects of different technical efficacy,so as to provide help for the selection of technical efficacy of enterprises.Based on the analysis of the external environment of enterprises,the enterprises are classified according to their size and R&D capability,and the strategies and key points of technology development to meet the actual needs of different enterprises at different stages of industrial development are put forward.
