Scientific research is the foundation of technological innovation.The process of the transformation from scientific research to technological innovation is also a process of knowledge diffusion and absorption.Literatures of science and technology journals and technology patents represent scientific research and technological innovation,respectively.And the two factors have become the effective tools for scholars to study the relationship between scientific research and technological innovation.The faster the knowledge diffuses from literatures of science and technology journals to technology patents,the more obvious competitive advantage enterprises have in technological innovation and intellectual property,which is more conducive to economic development and social progress.Revealing the inner mechanism about time lag of the knowledge diffusion from literatures of science and technology journals to technology patents and mining important nodes in knowledge diffusion network have a positive significance for improving the knowledge diffusion research theory and accelerating the process of knowledge diffusion.This dissertation studies the knowledge diffusion from literatures of science and technology journals to technology patents from the time dimension and the spatial dimension.Firstly,this dissertation proposes the method of reducing the noise of patents' scientific literatures citation to make ensure the accuracy of the results of the follow-up study.First of all,this dissertation analyzes the sources of patent citations,the citation purposes as well as roles and finds that some of the scientific literatures citations have lower similarity with patent documents,named citation noise.Then the dissertation builds a noise reduction model about scientific literatures citations of patents by using similarity technology,collects the information about the technological patents in some fields and their corresponding citations of the literatures of science and technology journals,and calculates the degree of similarity between the patents and their citations for filtering the citations with low similarity.This part of study provides data support for the later chapters.Secondly,the dissertation makes a measurement study about the knowledge diffusion from literatures of science and technology journals to technology patents.The research analyzes the knowledge diffusion process from scientific literature to the technological patent and compares it with the knowledge diffusion process among scientific literatures.The results reveal the common points between the two processes.Then the dissertation provides the method of using the delay model of knowledge diffusion among scientific literatures to this process.Further,the dissertation fits patent citation time distribution data by using four kinds of journal citation delay models,finds out the best one and verifies its applicability.Through the analysis of the calculation results,the dissertation discusses the time delay characteristics of the knowledge diffusion from science and technology journals to technology patents.Then on this basis,considering the process from patent application to grant is an important stage in the whole process of knowledge diffusion,this dissertation further studies the time delay problem of patent approval.Based on the publication delay model and Weibull distribution,this dissertation establishes a model for analyzing the delay effect of patent approval.Take datasets from four fields as examples,this dissertation makes analyses and puts forward suggestions to speed up the patent approval process.Thirdly,this dissertation mines the key nodes in the knowledge diffusion from literatures of science and technology journals to technology patents.From the angle of spatial dimension,based on the citation of technical patents to literatures of science and technology journals and the cooperation between researchers,this dissertation builds the knowledge diffusion network which connects the inventors of the technology patent and the authors of the scientific literatures.The knowledge diffusion network is used to analyze the nodes which occupy important positions in knowledge diffusion network.The dissertation puts forward an extensity centrality based on Newman index to measure the nodes which have important effect on knowledge diffusion in network.Take the co-author network as an example,the dissertation analyzes the advantages of the new indicator.Then the dissertation collects and arranges the date about the inventors of patents and authors of the corresponding citations of literatures of science and technology journals.Based on these data,the dissertation establishes the inventor-author knowledge diffusion network.Further,excavate and analyze the key nodes in the network by using the new index and the commonly used degree indexes.Then puts forward suggestions on how to make full use of key nodes' role of bridge to ensure the knowledge diffusion smoothly and promote knowledge diffusion from literatures of science and technology journals to technology patents.
