Research On The Implementation Of Intelligent Traffic Project In City A

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the continuous progress of science and technology and the rapid growth of productivity,the growth rate of global urbanization and the continuous expansion of cities,problems such as resource shortage,environmental pollution,traffic safety and traffic congestion have gradually emerged.In this context,the concept of smart city comes into being.Smart city is a comprehensive solution for the application of mobile Internet,Internet of things,big data analysis,cloud computing and other high-tech information technologies in the work and life of human society.It can effectively solve a series of disadvantages brought about by the rapid development of cities.And intelligent transportation is an important subject of wisdom city needs to solve branch,focus on rapid development to solve city faces huge traffic,shortage of land resources and the traffic sustainable development,car ownership increased energy shortages,caused by traffic accidents,traffic management way behind the contradiction between supply and demand and the difficulty of parking,traffic and so on a series of drawbacks.At present,smart transportation solutions of large and medium-sized cities in China have been relatively mature,but many smart transportation projects of small and medium-sized cities lack systematic planning and support.There is a lack of practical cases and optimization strategies such as project implementation plan that can be used for reference.Based on the study of A large number of comprehensive literature,this paper,based on the theory of intelligent traffic construction,takes the intelligent traffic construction project of small and medium-sized cities representing city A as the entry point,elaborates on the development status and problems of intelligent traffic in the city,and puts forward optimization countermeasures for the implementation scheme and problem analysis of the project in city A.This paper first introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical review.The concept of intelligent transportation,project management theory,ERP theory and other basic theories involved in the implementation scheme optimization of smart transportation project in A city are introduced in detail,and then the basic principles in the construction of smart transportation are further discussed.This paper then takes city A as an example to introduce the traffic situation and general planning and construction status of city A,and analyzes the existing problems of intelligent traffic project of city A in detail.At the end of this paper,the optimization measures for the implementation of smart transportation project in A city are expounded from all aspects,and detailed optimization schemes are proposed from the aspects of planning,institutional construction,project capital guarantee,talent reserve guarantee,innovation and information security.This paper studies the implementation scheme and optimization of smart transportation project from the perspective of project management,and systematically elaborates the actual smart transportation project in A city as an example,which has certain guiding significance for the construction and optimization of smart transportation project in small and medium-sized cities.
