With the improvement of people’s income level and the accelerated pace of life and the development of large-scale fresh pork,the classification of various types of pork has also appeared.According to the implementation standards and quality levels,it is divided into pork,safe pork,pollution-free pork,green pork and organic pork.Pork can be divided into hot meat,frozen meat and cold meat according to the circulation state in the market.Among them,green pork has been tested and certified by authoritative organizations to achieve the A-grade green food mark without pollution,hormones and harmful substances,and chilled pork is increasingly favored by consumers because of its safe and convenient product advantages..More and more scholars are beginning to study the production,supply and marketing of different types of pork.However,the market represented by chilled pork is still in the start-up market.When the Chinese meat industry faces a rare development opportunity,when new varieties of pork may usher in rapid development,it is especially important to grasp the consumer preferences and consumption trends in a timely and accurate manner.It not only provides a basis for enterprises to formulate corresponding development strategies,but also helps enterprises to be in an invincible position in the fierce market competition,and is also conducive to the development and promotion of various pork markets in the future.In terms of pork sales,scholars’ research focuses on consumers’ willingness to purchase and the level of cognition.Because of their cognition and will,they are greatly influenced by the subjective consciousness of consumers.Therefore,this paper therefore focuses on the consumption intention of the pork market,and explores the factors affecting its behavior,analyzes the consumer’s willingness to consume pork and proposes corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the pig industry in Xihu District.And reference to provide guidance for the macro control of the management department.In this paper,through investigating the willingness and willingness of consumers to consume pork in Houshi Farming and Trade Mall in Xihu District of Benxi City,we find out the factors influencing consumers’ consumption of pork in pork market,find out the advantages and disadvantages of pork,and put forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the development of pork in Houshi Farming and Trade Mall in Xihu District of Benxi City.Based on previous studies,the author summarized the concepts of consumption intention and pork,and systematically expounded the relevant theoretical research on pork and consumption intention in academic circles.Through the analysis of the sample,the gender,age,income,occupation of the interviewees were analyzed: the reasons why consumers in Xihu District of Benxi City are willing and unwilling to consume pork in the wholesale pork market were understood,and the willingness to consume pork was analyzed.In view of the situation of pork consumption intention in Xihu District,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for stabilizing pork market and promoting consumers to consume pork in Xihu District of Benxi City,and at the same time provides relevant opinions and programs for guiding rational consumption of consumers.
