Study On Leisure Agricultural Development Of Dong Xihu District In Wuhan

Leisure Agriculture is a kind of new industry that based on the agricultural resources, participated by famers. It works as a bridge between second and third industry and develops as the important part of modern agriculture and tourism. Hubei is a major agricultural province that also has abundant travel resources. Thus, it lays a good foundation for the development of leisure agriculture. Dong Xihu District locates the north-west of Wuhan. It is one of the most typical leisure agriculture in Wuhan.This thesis analyzes the new model of peasants' cooperation economical organization with village in Wuhan Dong Xihu district leisure agricultural development; sums up a series problems in the sense of management, level of management, products, service and lack of talented people; learned the good experience from both domestic and abroad leisure agriculture; puts forward the countermeasures on the level of government and operators based on the experiences learned from domestic and abroad. The government should adjust measures to local conditions such as formulating development plan for Dong Xihu District leisure agriculture, enhancing the supervision and administration, building up the long-term mechanism of agriculture development and environment protection, improving the comprehensive qualities of employees; The operators should adapt to the market, establish the leisure agriculture industry chain, strengthen the sense of brand managing, increasing exposure and promotion.This thesis consists of five parts. Part one is the introduction which contains the research background and meaning, overseas and domestics' research status, theories of leisure agriculture, research route and method, thesis structure and questions to be solved. Part two is the current situation of development of Wuhan Dong Xihu district's leisure agriculture. Part three is the good experience learned from both domestic and abroad leisure agriculture. Part four is the countermeasures of Wuhan Dong Xihu leisure agriculture. Part five is the conclusion which gives a summary of the thesis, analyzes the problem of this research, and proposes the vision for the future.
