Investigation And Countermeasure Research On Supply And Demand Of Agricultural Science And Technology Extension In Faku County

Agricultural science and technology extension service is one of the necessary links in the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements,and its extension quality has become a problem of concern to all sectors of society.In order to understand the current situation of agricultural science and technology popularization in Faku County,and to find out the problems and the causes of the problems fundame ntally,this paper adopts the methods of field interviews and questionnaire survey,and makes a detailed study on the relationship between supply and demand.Finally,in order to promote the better development of agricultural science and technology extension in Faku County,the improvement strategies and some suggestions are put forward.Firstly,the paper elaborates the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research results,determines the framework and ideas of this study;secondly,by means of field investigation and data consulting,it understands the status quo and extension mode of agricultural science and technology extension institutions in Faku County,and analyzes the specific methods of agricultural science and technology extension in Faku County.Then,through field investigation,in-depth interviews and questionnaires,the supply-demand relationship data of agricultural science and technology extension services in Faku County are obtained,and the evaluation data of current agricultural science and technology extension work in Faku County are obtained.These data are sorted out and analyzed to find the existing problems,and these problems are sorted out to find the potential shadow.Sound factors.Finally,the corresponding improvement strategies and measures are put forward from four aspects: strengthening the dominant position of the government in the agricultural science and technology extension system,strengthening the government’s investment in agricultural science and technology extension,promoting the reform of agricultural science and technology extension system and creating a good environment for farmers to learn agricultural technology.The main modes of agricultural science and Technology Extension Service in Faku County can be divided into three types: enterprise-oriented agricultural science and technology extension mode,farmers’ own experience-oriented agricultural science and technology extension mode and government-related departments-oriented agricultural science and technology extension mode."Mode."(2)The existing problems of agricultural s cience and technology extension in Faku County are: insufficient grasp of the relations hip between supply and demand,lack of popularization of what is desired,lack of popularization of what is popularized,disconnection between the supply of scientific and technological products and actual demand,still a supply-oriented service mode of agricultural science and technology extension;serious shortage of funds for agricultural science and technology extension,resulting in serious shortage of funds.A lot of work can not be carried out smoothly;grass-roots agricultural science and technology extension personnel professional quality is not high,lack of awareness of service;promotion concepts and methods are seriously lagging behind,and has not been promoted with the change of national policies.(3)From the macroscopic point of view,the influencing factors of agricultural science and technology popularization in Faku County are the insufficient support from the government and the inadequate emphasis on the rigid th inking of grass-roots agricultural science and technology popularization departments;from the microscopic point of view,the influencing factors mainly focus on the agricult ural production economic benefits of farmers and the understanding of agricultural scie nce and technology popularization.Up.(4)In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward several improvement strategies in the end: first,to strengthen the dominant position of the government in the agricultural science and technology extension system;second,to strengthen the government’s investment in agricultural science and technology extension;third,to reform the agricultural science and technology extension system;fourth,to create a good environment for farmers to learn agricultural technology.
