Research On The Supply And Demand Of Agricultural Science And Technology Extension Talents In Shanxi Province From The Perspective Of Agricultural Modernization

The transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture cannot do without the support of high-quality and professional talent.The party in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that implementing strategy of talent development and accelerating the reform of the talent cultivation system,to form a talent system that has the advantage of International competitiveness.In recent years,Shanxi province has being actively explore the development way of personnel,organize and implementa the plan of the Hundred-Talent Person Project,the project of high-end and innovative talent introduction and training,and the project of modern agricultural talent development and so on to solve the problem of talent demand for economic development of Shanxi province and realize the agricultural modernization.However,with the development of agricultural modernization,the problem of talent supply and demand dislocation is appearing constantly,the demand of agricultural technology popularization talents in the process of agricultural modernization is increasing.Therefore,the training of agricultural colleges and universities science and technology talents as the professional foundation is not solid,practical ability is not strong and other reasons,make it can not meet the demand for talent in the process of agricultural modernization.This paper objective analysis the training status and demand characteristics of Shanxi province the status quo of the development of agricultural modernization and the promotion of agricultural science and technology personnel,use of empirical analysis for trend analysis in Shanxi Province agricultural science and technology promotion personnel from the supply and demand of the two party,and the same time learn from foreign agricultural talents training experience.Then,putting forward with training countermeasures the of actual development of Shanxi agricultural science and technology promotion personnel from the macro,meso and micro three aspects,it may have certain reference significance to Shanxi province talent supply and demand dislocation problems in agricultural modernization.
