| With the sustained and healthy development of China’s economy and society,cultural tourism has gradually become an important lifestyle and social and economic activity of people.With its strong momentum,cultural tourism has become the most dynamic "sunrise industry" in the global economic industry.At present,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the contradiction between the ever-growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development has become the major social contradiction,and is in the crucial stage of transforming the driving force and optimizing the structure.Against this background,the first session of the13 th National People’s Congress(NPC)deliberated and adopted the plan to deepen the reform of party and state institutions,and established the ministry of culture and tourism.The cultural tourism industry will become the main force to drive social and economic development,and tourism investment and consumption will become more marketable.At the same time,the state has issued the tourism law,several opinions on promoting the reform and development of tourism,the national tourism and leisure program,the outline of tourism quality development(2013-2020),and the opinions of the general office of the state council on further promoting tourism investment and consumption,which have brought significant development opportunities to the tourism industry.In this context,the government and the shaanxi yulin city culture industry investment holding co.,LTD.,shanxi coal chemical group co.,LTD.,shaanxi oil(group)co.,LTD was jointly founded the YL cultural tourism company,registered capital of 1.4 billion yuan,is responsible for investing in yulin cultural tourism industry,and is of important stories of yulin,yulin sound better market platform.This paper hopes to make full use of SWOT analysis to analyze the external and internal environment of YL cultural tourism company and find out the existing problems through applying the theoretical knowledge and research methods of strategic management learned in MBA courses.On this basis,Boston(BCG)matrix and internal-external(IE)matrix were used to integrate and optimize its original business,study and formulate its business development strategy,and put forward corresponding safeguards.I hope to provide some references for the development of YL cultural tourism companies and promote the growth of YL cultural tourism companies. |
