With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the tourism industry as an important industry of the third industry, people pay more and more attention. QW Corporation, short for Xi’an Qujiang Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd, is a set of cultural tourism industry as one of the comprehensive tourism company, business scope covers operations management, hotel management, business travel, scenic art performances, cultural tourism advisory service, tourism product development, membership card services category. This paper takes QW company as the case study of the tourism industry, business strategy, because it has made certain achievements in the existing business model, business portfolio strategy which can represent the future direction of cultural tourism development direction.Based on the understanding of business development mode in the practical work and the future exploration portfolio model, the use of case analysis, PEST analysis, Potter five competitive forces model, Boston matrix, a general matrix (internal external matrix) and other methods and tools for a detailed analysis and Research on the QW company’s existing business pattern, summarize the company portfolio problems. In view of the existing business portfolio, respectively from the two short-term and long-term stages of planning, the company’s future strategic planning. Business portfolio strategy of Future Ltd is: continue to rely on the management of tourist attractions, hotel and catering services, travel agency three basic business, taking tourism management output as a new profit growth point, the development of tourism commodities, membership card services excluding or outsourcing, while relying on tourism, expand the way of thinking, integration of resources, tourism real estate development, commercial real estate and residential real estate development for modern urbanization development, and achieve common development, commercial, residential area, recreation and other business, the core competitiveness to keep the company in the industry, to provide guarantee for the sustainable development of the company, and ultimately to achieve economies of scale, to achieve synergy effect. Finally, the implementation of safeguard measures business portfolio companies are analyzed, in order to ensure that the business strategy can implement new.The results of this study have a guiding role for the sustainable development of QW company, also have certain reference significance to the development of similar enterprises. However, this only business portfolio strategy model to make the overall planning, the problem of how to prevent the risks of each combination is facing in the process of implementation, not in detail, so this is the next research direction for.
