| The reform of commercial registration system is a crucial deployment of the CPC central and the State Council to comprehensively deepen reforms,transform government functions,and unleash market potential under the new situation.Chongqing municipal government has conscientiously implemented the related requirements of commercial registration system reform and launched a series of reform measures.Through a series of measures,the reform has gained great achievements.But at the same time,with the advancement and deepening of the reform,the market supervision work for the industrial and commercial departments has brought many problems and solutions are needed.Under the new situation of the reform of commercial registration system,this thesis proceeds from the actual conditions of the reform of the commercial registration system in Chongqing;tries to find the problems and their causes in the market supervision,and makes specific recommendations to ensure that the market entities can access and withdraw,and can be regulated.At present,the market supervision of Chongqing has some problems,including the increased difficulty of “strict market management”,insufficient credit supervision of market entities,and the failure of market entities to withdraw completely as demanded.At the same time,it aims at promoting the market supervision work in Chongqing.Based on the comprehensive and systematic analysis,this thesis draws on the effective experience of domestic and international market supervision,proposes how to strengthen the “strict management”;improve the credit supervision mechanism of market entities,and perfect the market exit mechanism.This thesis provides proposals for market supervision under the new situation of commercial registration system reform. |
