| Key Performance indicators(KPI)evaluating is one of the important logistics management,and it is also a guiding line on logistics operation.However how to formulate a scientific and effective KPI system is a complex project.Based on factory logistics management operation status in company B,reducing costs and improving efficiency as the goal,"SMART principle ","overall principle","practical principle","principle of dynamic" as the instruction,this article determined the methods and steps of factory logistics management KPIs in company B,and analyzed various KPIs of logistics management from the perspective of value chain.This article mainly discussed how to extract the KPIs which influenced factory logistics operation process and result in company B,inducted and summarized four categories involving in the activities and auxiliary project: warehouse logistics,transportation and distribution logistics,factory quality problems,and other auxiliary projects,such as personnel and equipments.Focused on the four categories which matched KPIs,we prepared quantitative evaluating sheets for warehouse,distribution,security,quality,personnel,material management,the third party management.After determining relevant KPIs,this article researched how to monitor factory logistics management KPI system implementation in the factory,improve production operation which was deviating from the KPI evaluation indexes and adjust KPI target according to the business level,then build a complete system of factory logistics key performance indicators in company B.This article set up the key performance indicators system which will promote the factory logistics management,improve efficiency and the logistics business,the third party management ascension,and provide the basis of personnel management and business decision for management,ultimately promote the overall management effectively of enterprise in company B. |
